A couple weeks ago I went in and tried to ship a small, flat cardboard envelope with six pictures inside it. The girl behind the counter scanned it and told me it was going to be $17 to send a small, picture shipper. When I mentioned how Ive shipped bigger packages for less than that and she refused to look at the pricing error, so I left and shipped that through USPS for 89 cents. Liking Fedex more I, stupidly, went back last Saturday to ship a larger package to my boyfriend. It was a normal Wexford bubble mailer with pictures, a sock, underwear and an heirloom ring/necklace set; the set was inside the sock, folded in the underwear. Originally the tracking number said it got in on Saturday but then it changed to not being received until Monday, thinking it had to do with it not making it on the truck in time I didnt balk at this. Unfortunately I should have. When my boyfriend got the package today it had been ripped open, contents dumped, watch stolen, package shoddily retaped with too much clear packing tape. Basically what Im saying is if you want your package to get where its going, in once piece, for an appropriate cost: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I went into this FedEx office today in dire need to get some videos switched over from a flash drive to a DVD for a memorial service for my grandfather. It was a last minute emergency to get this done and over to the mortuary for the service in time. The assistant manager Jennifer was a complete LIFE saver! Seriously one of the best displays of customer service I have had in a long time. Jennifer was patient and worked with us, and after MANY attempts to get the videos to the point where they can be burned to a DVD we finally got it done and it was in time. Jennifer was kind, and very helpful!! Definitely a great experience, especially considering the circumstances. Crisis averted, and we were able to have a beautiful service. Thank you!!

Rhonda is extremely agressive and rude to customers. I watched her embarrass a customer loudly in front of other customers because of the box she was using. It was a small brown standard cardboard box and I saw nothing unusual about it. Then as the lady was leaving she yelled after her. "You got it!!!" I felt bad for the poor woman. Trying to ship a package, only to be publicly humiliated by a service employee. Ill take my business elsewhere thank you.

I went in and felt overwhelmed by the equipment and options in their store, they were busy and had a bit of a line due to the holidays. I had questions and needed help and discretion with my printing project, Bobbi was amazing and took good care of me! She was sensitive to my situation, didnt make me feel like a burden and went above and beyond to help me! Shes the greatest and i will go back to this store specifically because of her!

cost me about 40 dollars to print and fax a insurance agreement. Next time ill just go out and buy a printer and fax machine and only spend a few more bucks and wont have to drive to do it. Only good if you have no options anywhere else (which is why they stay in business like half the places in Greeley).

Jennifer is amazing, and I will forever be grateful for the hour she gave to making sure I received what I was asking for. This location is much better than 104th as well because I was stuck there for 37x longer than I needed to be (I counted). This location is quick and helpful.

Smooth Fade

Had package boxed and taped up and ready to ship and they wanted to charge over $120 to ship? Just needed a label. I went home used the Fedx web site and printed my own label for $50 cheaper. Really? What a price markup just to print a label. Dont take your package there!

When i came in, people were willing to help right away. They made me a copy of my picture and it was perfect! A gentleman named Tom helped me and i would definitely come back to him again. He did everything what i wanted and left me with a smile.
