Wow. Its incredible to me how unfocused people can be. I called this place just to request a very simple 12x12 car magnet. The lady who picked up said "Hello" and then immediately jumped into another conversation with someone working close to her. I sat there listening to this for longer than I should have. Then when she got on the phone she wouldnt let me speak and kept interrupting me. If youre that scatter brained or too busy then just dont pick up the phone. I hate writing reviews and I hate people that constantly write them, but you really earned this one. Its one thing to botch a job or mess up an invoice, but to get it wrong from the start is just bad customer service. Updated: How very narcissistic of you, thank you. I like how in your review responses you like to shift the blame back onto your customers/potential customers when, in this case, you are clearly at fault. Here let me hold your hand....."This is ________ I just want to let you know that Im new here so please bare with me." You can learn that basic business practice from a Walmart training video. Heres three stars just to shut you up. Im going to Fastsigns.

I recently finished restoring my vintage Alfa Romeo. I wanted period correct stickers for the engine compartment. I created my own graphics from originals for printing. I reached out to Paramount to inquire about materials and costs. James answered right away and quoted a price and the materials that would be used. I got my files to him a few days ago. James notified me when they would be ready. I could not be happier with the quality of the product and service from the folks at Paramount. Every printer that I contacted did not want my job because it was too small. No problem for Paramount. I got the same treatment as a person or company placing a large order. Thank you Paramount for getting my job done quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the way my stickers turned out.

Cyndie A. I am trying to start a new carpet cleaning company and found paramount printing on craigslist, they had the lowest prices that I could find. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Kenny who was busy, but did not give the impression that we had interrupted him at all-friendly and patient as I placed my order, marketing is not my forte. Then James took over from there with emails for questions and proofs, They were both professional and courteous, when I picked up my order they both helped my daughter and I carry it out to my truck. All responses were answered timely and the printing was phenomenal. I will recommend paramount printing to anybody and will of course use them for all my printing needs-Cyndie Adkins with Dazzle Me.

We needed some vehicle lettering done last minute. We called around to numerous printing places and NO ONE could do it. Saw an ad on Craigslist- We called James and he was 100% no BS and said- Yea Ill have it done in an hour or so... Simple and easy!! The letters were PERFECT- just what we wanted!! AND extremely affordable!! Prices are better than anyone we had spoke to before- even rushed like we needed!! 2 days later again we needed just a few "replacement" letters and just like before- SUPER FAST and just exactly what we needed!! Aside from their awesome customer service and the super fast turn around time- They are very reliable! Paramount Printing has now gained another lifelong customer!!

Im just starting my trucking business and I need to make a decal for my truck with my US DOT # and company name. I went to several places they ask for allots of money and most of them told it will take 7 days to finish it up. I dont want to waste time, so I was goggling and I found Paramount Printing near where I live, I give them a call, really nice staff they told me the estimated price right the way and I give them visit they finish my sign in 15 mints that was amazing. IM a local artist in colorado and use Paramount Printing And Graphics for all my cd inserts,flyers,banners, business cards, cd/dvd duplication of all my projects.They have the best quality at the lowest price Ive ever found I would never use anyone else. I ordered a set of 250 brochures for our office in August of 2015. The employees at Paramount Printing & Graphics were very friendly, provided timely communication, and fast turnaround on our print job. Our brochure PDF dimensions were a bit off in preparation for printing and for a small fee, the folks at Paramount were able to size the document to an appropriate scale for printing. The quality of the prints were fantastic, and we plan to continue using Paramount for our office brochures. Great service!
