I purchased two bedroom sets. Mike was very helpful with purchase. Delivery set for 3 weeks.Was told everything but smaller frame was in stock. Delivery day, I get a call early afternoon letting me know the windows for delivery. Driver shows up and I notice that the truck seems to be missing pieces and ask the driver is everything is there. His response is "No, did you get a call from the owner?" I said no. So I call Mike and ask whats going on and he gives me some run around that he was 1 short on inventory and planned to call when they realized I was short a couple pieces. He said he would call me the next day when the truck got in between 10 - 12 "loosely" to confirm delivery of the furniture. At 2pm the next day I call the store, but Mike is not available. I ask that he call me back. An hour later I call again. He starts i n on his excuses that the truck hasnt shown up he doesnt know where it is and doesnt think he will get the furniture that day. He says that it will be there for delivery Thursday, So I have my fingers crossed its there. He also said he will refund my delivery charge, but am not impressed with the service or the attitude when there is a complaint. Own up to the mess up and stop blaming everyone else. Furniture delivered Thursday. Night stand damaged. I am so fed up I will glue the piece rather than deal with the company any more.

I purchased bunk beds and mattresses off of Mike several years ago and had no issues last November I went back and purchased a new cooling gel memory bed for my wife and I. They were not able to get the mattresses from their usual location so it was going to take longer because mine would be coming from California. Mike assured me they would be better though. They are the worst. I wish I had my college mattress back stains and all. He also told us of the option of 90 days no interest. What he failed to mention was that for the $1100 I spent on the mattresses that if I did not pay it off that the finance company would add 900 to my bill. The finance company doesnt even do interest. I called Mike to see if he was willing to do something to make this experience better. He refused to do anything. He said he couldnt take the mattresses back which I didnt want him to do I was just giving him a chance to offer something. Instead he got very rude and defensive and said well you signed the contract. Thanks Mike I hope everyone in the Colorado Springs area see this before doing business with you.

The owner of this store, Mike, TERRIBLE. I really dont know how he is still in business. My husband and I were told we would get our dining room set in apx one week after we bought it... We got that dining room set one month later. We did not receive the right bench size for our dining room table. Then we had to wait another month to get the right size because he would never return calls or emails. Then we realized the back of one of the chairs was cracked. Mike said he would replace it... With the wrong placement part of the chair... Do you think my husband and I have received the correct placement part after multiple calls and emails? If your answer is "No", you are correct... It has been SEVEN months and we still do not have a full dining room set because of Mikes incompetence. Mike is a terrible businessman and I would not suggest anyone to buy anything from his store.

Went to purchase a bunk bed. First interaction with Brendan was a sarcastic comment. Although he did have the bunk bed that we were wanting. He did not seem to care about us as customers at all. The entire process took about 10 minutes, dont get me wrong it was what some would call "speedy service." But there is a difference when the associate could care less. The transaction was completed, to the back of the store we went to load up the bed... Brendan helps place the box on top of the car and then proceeds back inside. No assistance in strapping it down to the car he has now closed the garage door and back to what was more important. If I did not want to purchase this particular bed for my children, I would have left after the first interaction with Brendan. I will NEVER return to this store for ANYTHING!!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Mike and the guys at Simply Furniture were simply awesome. These guys moved my stuff up three flights of stairs (king size bed, large sectional couch w/sleeper bed) and I honestly think I underpaid for the service. Nominal fee for the delivery, great customer service and really reasonable prices. Small store, but what they lack in in-store goods they make up for with a plethora of catalogs they can order from. Cant say enough about the customer service. These guys will take care of you and I will be shopping here again in the future. Love supporting a small, local business!

Absolutely terrible place to do business. Lying, cheating thiefs. Paid for a king mattress and was supposed to be delivered "Monday or Tuesday" (the only reason we stooped to their level) now being told Thursday due to a "snow storm" that happened multiple days ago. They then tried to weasel out of a legit purchase by claiming it says no returns on the receipt. This place is the scummiest and worst place in the springs to buy anything furniture related, ran by apparent con artists. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! You are better off punching yourself in the face than wasting time or money here.

Just moved to this area needed a queen bed frame after seeing an ad I ordered over the phone and it was delivered a day or two later. Great delivery service very friendly and helpful! A week or so later I was looking for a couch/ottoman so I ordered again over the phone with Mike and got it delivered in a few days. I have had great service from everyone I have dealt with. They are my new favorite furniture store and I havent even been to the actual store. Pieces are nice and sturdy with excellent prices.

I went to Platte furniture, American furniture warehouse, furniture row, Woodley, and every other shop I could find in the springs and this furniture shop is easily the best because of price, customer service, financing, and furniture choices. The people who work there are so nice, professional, and accommodating. There are few business that earn my loyalty. This is HANDS DOWN the best furniture store Ive ever worked with. Best customer service out of any type of business I have worked with EVER.

We were given incorrect information about their financing that is costing us double. We signed to purchase a set of mattresses we tried in the store but he switched them and have us another set that are TERRIBLE. We tried to make it work but once we found out about the double cost we called to see if he would do something to make it right and he refused.
