I have been a repeat customer of La-Z-Boy in Colorado Springs for years. First, I purchased a sleeper sofa from them when I had family coming to town. They said theyd never slept in a "hide a bed" that was so comfortable. It looks great as a sofa too. We also purchased some leather chairs for the living room, a large chair and a matching loveseat. They look really great too. Weve also purchased accessories that you just cant find elsewhere in Colorado Springs. The coffee table I bought for my office is great and has a shelf below for by small bourbon library. Also, after so many great interactions and great products, we bought home theater seating for 6. They are leather and have the electric reclining option. I knew it would be the perfect finish to our theater remodel. Rave reviews from all who have watched a movie with us. Weve worked with numerous salespeople, most recently Jessica on the living room leather set and the home theater seats. Were really happy with the quality and service.

I wouldnt even be leaving a star if it was possible! We spent $1100 in chairs and we were going to have them delivered but they couldnt do it until Thursday following our purchase on Saturday. We decided to pick them up on Sunday. They refused to give us the $60 we paid in delivery fees back. They only gave us back $17. And we had to drive to two different stores to get the chairs. We were going to spend another $1200 on a love seat but because of $60 we are going elsewhere! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH LA-Z-BOY AGAIN!

The plus is a good selection of recliners, chairs, and sofas at reasonable prices. The minus was the $40 (more than 10%) added to the sales price without informed consent for "fabric treatment". Since the sales manager did it personally and it was included on the store sales tags, I assume this is store policy and of course I also assume it is pure profit.

Chase is the coolest dude! After shopping around we found lazboy to be the best bang for your buck, customizable color options (most with no additional cost) upgrade options all reasonably priced and a great warranty plan as well.

Good service with a custom feel regarding the finishes. Delivery is usually not included and if you dont have a truck can get pricey. Look for a holiday sale as it often has significant discounts and financing options.
