Their customer service was great up to the point where they got my money. Afterward, they appearantly forgot about me and seemed irritated when I had to ask them about the status of my delayed order. Story: I ordered a sectional, accent chair, and ottoman over Memorial day weekend. Only the couch and ottoman were delivered mid-August, right in the time frame they have me. However, the chair was damaged in shipping and the delivery guy said the store would contact me regarding the repair. After not hearing from them for a whole week, I gave them a call to find out the status. They dont have any information to give me other than the chair will be repaired and they will contact me when ready. I asked for a estimated time frame but they didnt know. One month later I get a call saying its ready and it will be delivered on September 19th. The next day I get another call saying that they made a mistake interpreting the service order code and that it really just regarding the replacement part. Theyre still unsure about when it will be ready. Fast forward 2 months to the first week of November. I call them again because its been nearly 3 months since I received the couch, and still do not know when to expect the chair. I ask to speak with a manager to get some answers. She was curt when she said she didnt know but would find out and call me back. I receive a call the next day, and they tell me they have the frame ready. Ok, so it will be done soon? Dont know. Two weeks later I get a call saying its ready and will be delivered on the 24th on November. Its taken nearly 6 months to get my full order. Ive received very little notification from La-Z-Boy with no recompense and not even an apology. I reconnected finding a different store. I hear good things about both Bassett and Broyhill.

My husband and I went to the Centennial Lazy Boy location this morning to pick out a sectional. We had been looking for a few months on and off. Russ stopped by this store on his lunch break and thats where he met Greg Washburn. I met Greg today and was very impressed with his proactive attitude and friendly manner. Greg recognized my husband right away...very impressive, sice Russ went in with a suit on the first time, and today, he was in jeans. Greg was very educational for Russ and I, showing us on his computer the layout of what our sectional would look like and explaining the design qualities. We special ordered an amazing piece with a fabulous choice in fabric, again going over what all the codes meant on the papers when it came to quality. Russ and I are very pleased with the customer service that we received from Greg. My husband has been in Customer Service for over 30 years and really appreciates it when he sees that passion and helpfulness in others. Thank you Greg!!! I work in commission sales myself, so I understand the hard work and grind it can be. Virginia was very helpful in facilitating my purchase. That being said, I never like funny math used to make a deal. After negotiating no delivery fee, the price of one of my items was raised $100 to cover "waiving" the delivery fee. It is dishonest, and I recommend carefully looking at your transaction prior to signing. This would be a perfect rating if they had honored the agreement

I went to the store with my daughters family and we were both looking to purchase. Not one person asked if we needed help. We walked around the whole store and saw several sales reps talking to each other and they asked several people after us. We left and went to American Funiture and we were asked right away if we needed help. We left after we purchased $10,000 in merchandise. Clearly the sales reps were told not to help any African Americans. NOT COOL!

We got what we needed but, the sales person was very interested in helping as many people as she possible could at one time. There is without doubt a drive for the sales and you can see they make a commission. I didnt feel valued but, we did find something we liked.

This store added an item to my bill without my authorization!! When calling to schedule delivery of my furniture and collect final payment, I received a copy of my bill via email that had an EXTRA item that I did not authorize!! I will not shop at this store again.

I was looking for a comfy chair at a reasonable price. I was even able to pick a fabric I liked and still stay in my price range. Greg was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with!
