I think you guys are extremely knowledgable and you definitlely know what youre talking about; I would just like to see a little more professioanlism. I know most of your customers are young and thats the demographic, but I really think youd make it a more comfortable environment and maybe pull in more business if youd adhere to some basic customer service rules. Greet customers properly, Maam, Sir, dont say dude you know stuf like that. other than that I think you offer a great service and your prices are great.

I think Dazz Wireless had great prices and was very knowledgable in providing me information; maybe a bit too much information. Along with another review, I would like to see more professionalism in there. I was there, and i can imagine its hard to remain extremly professional based on the clientele that came through the doors; but try harder to give everyone 100% your best. Good service guys, and gal who was behind the counter

I researched Dazz Wireless for about a week before I decided I would make the plunge and upgrade my phone plan and smartphone. We have had our phones for about a week and have not had one problem. I have even been able to get my parents to recently upgrade and purchase through Wirefly. I am very satisfied and will come back to Wirefly when it is time to upgrade again.
