Brought my printer in 1 month ago today because a gear snapped in two. I bring in the printer, show the exact part thats missing and give him a list of printers that have the same part if he has one to salvage it from. Fast forward 1 month, he doesnt return my calls, hes never in the office, and im 3 days away from filing a police report because he stole my printer. Stay away!

Would not trust this company - we did work for them at all the store and the owner will not pay or even call to explain why he is not paying. Have contacted the AP person many times and she is helpful. Be careful of this company.

The ink is made in China, and thus cheaper. The staff was unable to confirm if the ink quality was as high as the products made in Mexico.
