I received very bad service at this location and I will tell every one I know not go ever go there. I needed to make copies of a report that I needed to submited A.S.A.P. and I did not know how to reset the copy machine. When I asked for help the one male employee told me as soon as he finishes with his current customer he would help me. In the mean time another customer came in after me and needed help faxing a document. The other employee (a female) came out from folding boxs to help him and completly ignored me even after she made eye contact with me. When this female finished helping the other customer she glanced over at me then turned her back and when back to folding boxs. The employees here are rude and their customer service skills are the horrible.

Cozy Home

The inconsistency of all the reviews pretty much tells the story. Sometimes the experience is good, sometimes terrible. I often need to drop large packages and no one EVER helps me get in the door unless it is another customer. Since the door isnt automatic, it can be a struggle sometimes with large heavy cartons - they just watch me struggle and wait for me and my heavy box to arrive at the counter. Bottom line is that this store really isnt properly staffed. If there were a few more hands on deck, I think the experience would be much better --- and much more consistent. I have reached the point that I just arrange a pick up most of the time, and only drop off there when Im in a bind, or only have an envelope going out.

Since I try to avoid the Westminster (near 120th and Huron) FedEx as much as I can, I go to this FedEx location on Sunday when I visit my parents. I am not sure they are more/less friendlier, but it is friendlier than one I usually go to at Westminster (120th and Huron). Even Line moves slightly faster here too.

Worse customer service ever !! Especially the manager!! I was there to print a passport photo from my CD, a girl working there agreed to do it but the manager was putting struggles and he said I can print only on regular paper !!!!! He was wasting my time !!! I hate this place and those people!!!!!!

They will have multiple people working and only one working the register no matter how long the line is. They will stare at you like idiots before doing anything remotely close to decent customer service. Save your time and energy, just go to the ups down the street. Will ever come back here
