Absolutely awful service on a consistent basis. Rude, and does not allow to drop off USPS packages before telling you "they dont take USPS" although they have a sticker on the window to the contrary. My packages were paid for and they still would not allow it. Additionally, they are rude. Finally, I have had a couple of USPS packages that I dropped off the first few times I dealt with them that were "lost". More than once. Caveat emptor. Probably for the best that I will take my packages elsewhere.

Dont try to have packages delivered here using My UPS. Package was refused when driver attempted to deliver it here, they said they had "no room". For a package about the size of a loaf of bread. How can a huge store thats largely empty have "no room" for a small box? I can understand if I was having a palette shipped. This was nothing important: just my MEDICINE being shipped from a mail-order pharmacy. Thanks, so much for the convenience of My UPS.

I had an artist in Aurora ship 3 pieces of art to me in Florida. I specifically asked her to use a UPS Store because I knew theyd do a good job. Paintings arrived in perfect condition! Great customer service-they let me pay for packing and shipping costs over the phone. This location represents the UPS Store brand wonderfully. Raj was great to work with.

I have been going to this store for about the last 3 months and have had the best service EVER! I had lost my tracking number and the young man pulled it up online for me immediately and gave me all the information I needed. Each time I mail a package, the service is smooth, speedy, - overall flawless. I highly recommend this UPS store!

I shipped my items on 3/11/17 they arrived 3/17/17 in this condition. I am appalled that my items were handled with such little care. I have been working on trying to get a claim for the past month and the store does not respond to me at all. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a UPS store. DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THIS STORE!

After several visits to this store, I decided not to go there again. The employees (especially the younger one) are borderline rude and have very low quality customer service. I didnt feel that my business is welcomed or appreciated. I find it very difficult to believe that the positive reviews are real.

Good customer service. The 2 dudes ive always seen there are always nice and helpful. Sometimes the the mail guy puts my stuff in the wrong bin or area or something, then it gets lost for a couple days, thats hella annoying, but not the ups guys fault. Wish they stayed open a little later tho.

Poor customer Serivce. The guy was rude as hell. I only asked him if they have my package that didnt arrive because of the wrong address being typed in and he kept saying "theres nothing I can do without tracking number" like a robot. Dont hire disrespectful people that just want to get paid.

Complete & total ripoff. I could have gone to the post office & spent a fraction of the price for the same length of time, and the post office would have been just fine. Lesson learned. Not going back.

Friendly staff provides quality boxing and shipping at a reasonable price. You cant beat it! MUCH better than using the US Postal Service.
