The employees at this location are rare, they take the time to listen and are knowledgeable about the business therefore can help me the most. They will compare costs of different shipping methods and the time it takes. Very helpful to make a decision. The cost is a few bucks more than the US Post Office, but there are times its definitely worth it. Going in it takes a little longer than I expected but again they listen to your needs and the person before you and so on. I have never been in there over 10 -15 mins max, thats with at least 2 larger boxes going to 2 different destinations and a person or 2 in front of me. They have interesting things for sale to keep you busy if you must wait. Overall: Welcoming staff, clean store and SO convenient. They even give you gorgeous calendars for the new year for FREE. Less headache and happy employees (these impact me the most). Cons: at least $3+ higher than a post office location.

Staff is friendly and I can find what I need there, but they mark up postage over 50%. Tried to ship a small package to a customer. I had my own packaging this time. They wanted $12.95. I didnt even bother with my larger package. I took both my packages to USPS directly (10 min away) and the small one was only $6 and the large was $12. Both priority mail. I understand the need for a small mark up, but over 50%? I wont go back there.
