I have never had such Belgian chocolate! The chocolates are sold by the pound but you can buy just one piece. And they always have a wide variety of chocolates to choose from, meaning there is always something for everybody! They pair the chocolate with locally roasted Weavers Coffee which is almost as wonderful as the chocolate. This shop is my favorite place to stop when I am in downtown Walnut Creek, not only because of the wonderful chocolate but also because of the extremely welcoming and friendly staff. A must see if you are in the area!

Cafe Leonidas has an amazing selection of chocolates! Every one that Ive tried has been delicious. They specialize in european/belgian chocolates, but I had great German candies and Dutch cookies there too! This shop is tiny, so you might miss it if youre not looking for it, but its absolutely worth a stop. I could spend way too long just gazing at all the pretty chocolates! Their coffee options look great as well, but I havent tried them myself yet.

A chocolate shop that sells mid high-end chocolate of anything. Service is somewhat slow, but its a small shop that can fit five adult at most. Discount given if you meet the requirement purchase. Coffee and hot chocolate is also serve here. Seating is in front of shop on sidewalk couple of tables.

They actually have I believe 4 vegan options, Yay! Theyre not marked so youll have to ask. I tried one of them and it was just the perfect sweetness. If youre a vegan, give it a shot, I dont think youll be disappointed.

Love their hot chocolate made with melted (in my case, dark) chocolate. Recently asked for an iced mocha and they melted dark chocolate and added that to the iced coffee, too. Whoooee! Take that, Starbucks and Peets!

Fantastic. The people who work there are really nice and gave us great suggestions. The hot chocolate was unbelievably good, as well as the other chocolates we bought. Definitely coming back.
