The staff is super nice. The parking is horrendous. When I use to be a regular, as soon as my coworker and I walked into the door they already had already started our drinks. How to keep a customer coming back 101. Now that I work in Menlo park and not a regular, the staff is still nice but its not the same :/ plus theres been some turnovers in the last 3 years since I worked in that area

I love my the way my coffee is prepared at this location and it is located close to my work. The staff here is not very friendly and do the bare minimum to make you feel welcome. They also have personal conversations amongst themselves while taking your order which is completely rude and unprofesional.

The service here is quick. The staff is very friendly. Its not in the best location, and parking can be difficult here. There is a Subway restaurant located right next to it, & I do like to get coffee after I go to subway..

I asked my drink with light water but instead they fill all my cup with ice instead. So my strawberry acai was filled with ice more then half the cup it was completely all ice . Never going to this Starbucks agian

This Starbucks location has a so-so service. Usually the employees are not even the "Normal" friendly. Also, the place is pretty small, its more like a take-out place. Worst thing: basically no parking!!!
