RUDE!! Being new to Visalia, I was pleased to find this cute boutique with descent prices. I went in and got a shirt before leaving for a trip to Vegas the next day, and when packing up my suitcase I noticed on my receipt that I got charged an extra $10 for an additional item! I assumed that they charged me for the belt even though every shirt had the same belt and it did not have a price tag. After returning from my trip I went in to resolve the situation, and I was shocked to be treated so rudely by the staff! They questioned if I bought anything else because the belt came with the shirt and "belts are $13" After repeating that all I bought was the shirt, the gentleman who sold me the shirt to begin with took $10 out of the register and threw it on the counter and walked off with attitude. I am shocked and repulsed by their twist on"customer service"

I really like the accessories and their shoes they put some out in the front of the store sometimes on sale for like ten bucks. I like their clothes also. I think they could use better customer service though. The owner should be more friendly and look like she is happy you are in her store (makes the customer want to come back). The guys kind of make my friends and I uncomfortable they are too flirty and stare really inappropriate when you are trying to shop and an employee is checking you out or trying to ask you out. But the merchandise is awesome.

I am never shopping at a downtown boutique in my life again, especially in visalia! Sugar Plums never gave me a recipient and they told me that i could exchange within 30 days and lied! They dont even give receipts! If you would like to shop here i advise you go to the Fashion District, its basically what their store consists of with higher prices! They tried to sell me a fake purse for $60 i went to LA and got a better one for $20! They are ripping you off! RIDICULOUS!

I was told I was too old to shop there. I couldnt believe anyone in their right mind would say that to one of their customers. I was embarrassed then left shortly after without buying anything.

If you like heels that arent the same old, same old then Sugar Plums is great. The clothes look kind of chincy, the dresses are ok, but the shoes are awesome. And cheap. Cant go wrong there.
