Went looking for a dress for a ball. I asked for ball gowns along with my own preference that I needed. She behaved stuck up about it and corrected me saying what I wanted was no where near a ball gown. Nothing there was flattering so we looked through catalogs. As I was left to do searching on my own, the store owner, her friend and an officer were having a conversation about a homeless woman they had seen outside which was led into race and the owners friend went on to say some very offensive racial comments. Allowing such things to be said is just as bad as saying them yourself. Shame on the owner. Taking my business elsewhere porque mi billete se respeta o no se recibe.

Hot Mess is by far my favorite formal dress shop in Visalia. All the employees are so nice and are willing to help you in any way. Even though most of their dresses are through catalogs, Bobbi will go out of her way to help you find your perfect dress at an awesome price. I highly recommend Hot Mess over any of the other boutiques in Visalia.

Her prices are great and she has a superb in-house seamstress for all your alteration needs. She also has great deals on consignment dresses as well. Hot Mess Boutique is simply the best!!
