The staff is friendly enough, but as an every shopper at this store it is pretty disappointing that so many items are out of stock so often! Like, if something is selling so well, do they not think to order more!? Also, i was in there tonight to get my usual iced coffee and it was out of stock on the shelf (happens at least once a week) so i asked an employee to check the back for me, well, he went back there and said that they got a shipment but apparently NOBODY not even a manager, was allowed to check the shipment! Im just saying, that sounds kinda bogus to me,

This has been my go-to store for over fifteen years. Its one of the nicer Vons stores youll every be in. The downside... its a bit on the pricy side for Vons, but what do you expect for the area?

Stopped for a few groceries. The staff were helpful and the food was of good quality. Busy but all of the people said Merry Christmas and were pleasant.

Vons in westlake sucks a lot. Whenever I go there there are always lines. Their produce is aweful, there is always moldy fruits. I stopped going here.

Tend to have expired food on shelf. Dairy often at or past expired. Wouldnt return moldy tamales without recipe one time. However, staff is friendly.

Large selection and good pharmacy hours. Using a CVS card for discounts recommended. Pharmacy line can be long at prime times.
