Attempted to get my shoes repaired. I tried to ask a simple question as to whether they could do the job. All the two women at the front desk could say is "hes coming" Every time I tried to ask can you repair this? They repeated "hes coming" Obviously the only person who knows what is going on - was not there. After waiting five minutes for HIM to come - I left the store. No one apologized, tried to stop me or ever answered my question. Ill never go back. Whats the point?

Super great service, got the expert help to find my size and style boot. got them oiled and protected in store, since they have the repair facilities for southern california. Got a great deal ! $60.00 off due to black friday.

Nice job on the shoes but HORRIBLE customer service!! Treated very rudely while waiting for my shoes to be finished and enough to make me never return. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

i went there ones and i had a really bad experience, and i heard other people complaining about the service. Just not a good place to get your shoes repaired
