Have been to many running stores around the country so good some not so good, but never thought I would find one like Future Track!! The technical knowledge of their staff on what footwear and workout appearl is best for each person is outstanding. My wife and I felt as if we were getting information directly fom the designer. Every staff member that we have worked with has made us feel like kings. I have put the word out to friends the only place to go for your exercise needs!!!

The person helping me named Gloria is awesome! She has been there for 11yrs and knows how to fit your feet in a correct shoe, she is very knowledgeable. They have a treadmill to test, but she wanted me to test outside on the concrete sidewalk, which is the way to go, a much better test! I have very large feet and they carry a variety in my size 11 and yes they are female shoes!

The employees talk behind your back and I think one was smoking a cigarette. At a running store? Everything is marked up double what the store pays for. Returns are restocked and sold again. Service is nice ONLY if you are spending a lot. Dont bother unless you are desperate.

Parking is easy. The staff was very courteous and patient. Overall it was a pretty fun shopping experience for me. Gil got me tens of pairs of shoes to try on. 4 stars because although it was an all round great experience they didnt have a wide variety of options in shoes.
