have shopped here for years. Always had good service from young guys in the back. Today went in to buy a pair of boots and old guy with baseball cap and glasses, Joe Erwin, (manager!) was incredibly abusive verbally and insulted me in front of other clients and my son because I said I was checking prices elsewhere also. Was incredibly abusive and will never shop here again. Also asking too many personal questions. The guy is a totally creepy. Beware about going into the store. I would not deal with anyone except the younger guys in the back if you have to shop there. They are not members of the chamber of commerce, but I did file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and city of Simi Valley licensing office, consumer affairs. Went to BOOT BARN on Topanga INSTEAD EXECELENT SELECTION, PRICE and SERVICE.

I will never shop here again. I was in the store when the manager Joe was rude and completely out of control when a young woman mentioned she was going to check "one other place". He loudly insulted her in front of her son and other customers as well. His behavior was shocking, rude and inappropriate. As I said - will not shop here again. Ive witnessed his bad behavior before when a client wasnt buying quick enough and I am shocked that a manager would behave this way.

The service is top notch. I will not buy my work boots anywhere else. I think in todays world of buying online and with the giant chain stores it has to be more then difficult to complete for the average person $. This man does so with his old school service. Stores like this are a thing of the past yet this one survives.

I rather give my business to a family owned store then a big box store. Theres a reason Joe has been in business so long in Simi Valley...friendly customer service....

These people are crazy! Crazy good with boots that is! I took in my pair of Bates lights, more like Bates tights, and they stretched them perfectly. Before Outback footwear I had ten angry piggies living in a very small home. Now I have ten happy piggies living peacefully together. THANKS OUTBACK FOOTWEAR!!!

Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Offered the best shoe for my needs first, despite it being the lowest cost option. The in-house shoe repair will repair clothing as well. The cashier overheard me talking about a failed seam in my cheap, year old jacket and offered to fix it.
