I was returning a pair of boots that did not meet work standards, I spoke to Daniel and he was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable in the type of boots I needed. He even put the boots on and tied them. Nothing like the store on Burbank Blvd. Daniel also notified me the I was eligible for a discount and told me what the warranty on the boots and shoe laces. This is me first pair of Red Wings. I will definitely will go back to this store. I highly recommend this store
