If you are a human and you care about the rest of the humans sharing this planet, I fail to understand what you wouldnt love about TOMS as a brand. That being said, TOMS Flagship Store serves as a cafe/retail location and so I can understand why some people can like a brand and dislike their cafés in general - THIS IS NOT one of those cafés. Everything about TOMS reminds me of being in a treehouse full of fluffy pillows, relaxed Venice Beach residents, and good coffee that actually saves lives for every purchase by providing fresh drinking water to those in need. Need some ideas to chew on while working away? Try heading here and letting the wheels turn. The backdrop alone, including items like global plans to improve mother earth, flowery art, and wooden beam-crafted structures with low hanging lights, outdoor seating which feels like an adult playpen, beautiful messages all around focused on giving, and cool, comfy looking moccasins that you just might cop and can take a casual peek at, is far enough to get you in the zone to achieve. If this flagship store doesnt capture your heart, youre not like me. I first came across TOMS Flagship in NYC and fell in love with their cafe in Nolita there. This one in Venice Beach is even better - you can sit outside in Los Angeles weather and walk 8 min to Venice Boardwalk or take a stroll in and around Abbot Kinney BLVD and the rest of Venice, maybe youll hit up Main St before or afterwards.

This is a gem of a store. I can tuck away from the masses and cafe crowd without straying far away from the heart of Abbot Kinney. Get inspired. Shop for comfy shoes or glasses while sipping on a full cafe menu of coffees and tea made by super friendly baristas. My faves are an almond milk latte: either the iced lavender or cozy hot vanilla coriander will do. Bonus: This place never gets too loud, so if youre able to snag a comfy couch or leather seat you can also do a bit of work or surf on your laptop. Yes! Its true. The first time I popped in here, I was looking for a comfy pair of Toms to relieve my tired shopping feet. Little did I know that Toms Venice flagship store could soothe my soul and my soles.

If you go past the sunglasses and coffee bar, the back opens up to a cool semi-outdoor seating area. Its nice that there are companies out there to support that have priorities besides creating shareholder value. Back by the shoe area, they have a virtual reality headset you can wear to watch a 5 minute presentation of what the company does to provide shoes to impoverished kids from indigenous communities in South America. Its hard not to support them after seeing that. The take the Google corporate ethos of "do no evil" and expand it to "do the most good". Keep it up TOMS. Of the abundance of terrific coffee options along Abbot Kinney, its an easy choice to support TOMS.

Wow, sneaker central. TOMS Flagship Store has everything you could ever want from a sneaker store. All mall & chain stores pail in comparison to TOMS Flagship Store. You want Vans , Air Jordans , Converse or what ever you wear they have it plus stuff youve never ever scene in your life. Lets just say if youve wanted it, they got it! Staff is a little slow but who cares as long as they have your size in stock..So if your a shoe enthusiast well this is what shoe heaven looks like !

Beyond the hipster cafe experience...Lauren the sales girl from the Midwest now in love w LA showed us in detail the whole Toms mission and work to help the less fortunate. Was floored by all the different initiatives to help that Toms is doing. Oh and you GOTTA check out their virtual experience goggles where you can see the Toms mission in action. Blew my mind and heart. Thanks to Toms for not being a douchey corporation that rapes the environment and people just for profit.

I bought sunglasses at this store today. I ve asked for a new pair cause the one I ve tried had a sketch on it. The guy said: "oh I found one without the sketch, let me put it in a box for you". I said "great!" , so I bought it and left. Well, later I opened the box and the glasses have that particular sign I saw on the ones Ive tried at the store. Im so sad about this situation because Im far from the store and I cant go back there.

The TOMS flagship store is awesome, and my favorite part about it is their coffee shop. Great for some craft espresso drinks, and the atmosphere is awesome. They have a little area to sit in the back if you want to post up, as well as walls to watch videos to catch up on what theyve been up to, and of course all of their products as well. Definitely recommend stopping by to grab some coffee while youre walking around abbot kinney.

This is a great little store. Its coffee and shoes combined. Who could ask for more. Theres seating in the back. The coffee shop is incredibly crowded and yet a local secret. People are in the backyard picnic type seating area. There an open shoe store. If I remember correctly there are some snack options for purchase. There are purses and sunglasses for sale also. Its worth a visit!

Very cool looking people everywhere and very cool decor, But the service was also a little too cool. I hate it when youre standing there waiting for your coffee and they just put it on the bench quietly without saying a word... How hard is it to say "your coffees ready!". They could have redeemed themselves with the taste but my milk was split and bubbly on top. Get some more practice barista.

Free Wi-Fi, great coffee, shoes and sunglasses for sale and dogs are allowed! Its fantastic! Just bought two pair of shoes from a very very friendly and enthusiastic salesperson named Annie. They are lucky to have her in their employee. She was extremely patient I tried on a bunch of shoes as did two Australian tourists and she couldnt have been more lovely. I will return.

Hipest shoe store i have ever stepped in. Shoe selection is solid. If you ever felt like hanging at a shoe store as a way to spend your afternoon, this is the store for you. Shop for shoes and hang out in the synthetic back yard setting they have in the back. Service is friendly, shoe stock may not be.

We need more spots like this in the states. It reminded me of the hangouts you come across along the major backpacking trails overseas. A little bit coffee shop, a lit bit retail store, and a little bit community hangout with planned classes, lectures, movies, etc. Love it.

Socially conscious shoe and Eyewear store that also has a great cafe, in the now - trendy Abbot Kinney area. Staff is super friendly and the space is clean and welcome. Always the best people watching. A very comfortable space to hang out and talk or work with a laptop.
