My wife bought a pair of shoes which she only could wear once before both shoes started to break at the front of the shoe. We went back to Aldos on the Sun after we purchased them. Manager offered to repair although it was obious that you can not really repair that. We mentioned that we live 1h away and would love to get a refund or a gift card to buy another show. This was denied in a very unfriendly way as my wife did already wear the shoes and it was explained that we could only get the exact same pair of shoes. My wife did wear them once for two hours and it was clear that these shoes have a production issue. Will never eer come back to this store and never recommend it to anyone. We felt like nobody cared, the manager did not even spent 2 minutes to discuss the issue.

I wish I can give them more less then one a star. There customer services the worst ever. I am coming from Seattle to visit this amazing city, but this experience so bad for me. I wish Aldo take this issue seriously. This location is most significant for the tourists. The girls working there are thinking they are the owners. I dont like to talk about people, but this experience make me sad because I know they know I am Arabic person :( that encouraged them to deal with us in bad way.

Just left this store... Returned these really cute boots because they were too small, no questions were asked because the item was in its perfect original condition, --BUT! received the WORST vibes & UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE from ALL 3 employees on the floor for doing so. Little did they know I was planning on exchanging the boots in addition to finishing my xmas shopping and buy my sisters their gifts but not thank you. I cant stand jerks.

I was racially profiled by woman who seemed to be a manager a few months back as I was trying to purchase a couple small items of womens jewelry for a friend Fair skinned, blonde curly hair I continued to forget to leave this review that Aldo left a bad taste in my mouth after my experience with her. Alas, here I am finally Hopefully she no longer works there
