Hi, the quality of the model, I made the mistake to buy 2 pairs because I liked the them initial in the store, I bought is not very good. I bought them also because I was told the are still made in USA and are going to be repaired or exchanged when damaged. While I can`t say if they are still made in the USA, I know what they call repairing is patching up at best. It looked like the loose fabric was glued very poorly and very visible only for the fabric next to the "repaired" to came lose very shorty after the last repair. The fabric came loose very quickly after normal use. The person at the store seems have low shoe fixing skills and my emails to the companys customer service department regarding that weren`t answered. The other problem I have with that store is the attitude of that young guy working there, he accused me right away of abusing the shoes. The Women who also worked there was very nice and helpful. Red Wing is not for me anymore Thank you

There are much better companys out there. I am speaking of the warranty. with these guys, it is up to there own discretion. I have to argue to get them to back up there products. I had work boots that are waterproof. I only warm them when it rained. InCalifornia , that means about 4 times a year. after 1 1/2 years I had to get them out for rain and the sole had deteriorated. I work with no chemicals. it was just ...a mystery. I took them in and said that I had only warn them a half a dozen times. they said that there was nothing they could do. I showed them the souls and the crumbs of rubber at the bottom. After a heatedargument they resoled them. Eddie Bauer, Columbia, Duluth trading companys say "anything goes wrong, we fix it or replace it. No matter when you bought it". These are the companies you should go to. This is only one horror story of dealing with them and their product.

This place rocks for work boots. I have been buying boots here for 35 plus years. In addition they guarantee for 30 days. Talk to Sam he will take care of you. I highly recommend this location friendly staff and eager to help.

Their street style is the essence of the melrose strip! Huge variety of shoes, with pretty good service. Only downside is you can probably find your shoes for a few dollars less somewhere else.

the lady that helped us was very nice. they have a cool machine that tells u how much pain u have in your feet. a little pricy though.
