Came here for Christmas shopping, I only tryed buying a pair of chuck taylors when purchasing them they claimed my card "wasnt going through" they slid it three times and all three times "it wasnt going through". I leave only to check my account did have funds and shoe city happened to have emptied my account to zero. No Chuck Taylors, No Money. When I went back to let the manager know she claimed they "cancelled the transaction" that I should be getting my money back in my card in three days! Take in count, I went December 23 & Im still waiting. I always purchase from WSS but this time I wanted to check this place out never would I have ever thought it would be my biggest mistake better yet biggest regret coming here! I HIGHLY recomend WSS now. Dont come here at all!

Shoes are reasonable but they sold me a pair of light up shoes with a change that doesnt work and refused to replace the broken one when I asked
