Literally standing here right now and no one has asked if I needed help with something, which I do. One staff just looks at me and continues to walk on by. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! My first and last time shopping here and I advise whoever else wants sneakers please go elsewhere. Thats why nobody supports predominantly black and Hispanic communities because of theyre lack and/or disregard of customer service. Its literally non existent. If I could give it less than 1 star I would but unfortunately thats not an option.

Customer service was great but two weeks later when the shoe fell apart they didnt honor it or Exchange the shoe didnt want my money back just wanted another shoe because I paid $95 for some Rihanna slides and they shouldve lasted longer than two weeks

People were rude didnt even try to assist me with finding my shoes. Every time I asked for assistance they acted like I was bothering them especially the Hispanic guy Oscar. Plus what kind of shoe place doesnt have mirrors???!

Worse customer service ever! Wont ever go there again! I called one of their employees to help, he looked at me & literaly ignore me and went straight to the front desk! I was in there for like 20 min & no one helped us out!
