The staff didnt seem to want anything to do with the customers. Given the large influx of people in there, it is understandable. Im sure they get a lot of individuals that dont end up buying the price driven shoes. They sell rarities that are no longer in stock. I bought a pair of zebra Yeezys, fortunately they had my size. The black Yeezys were out of size 6.5. If you dont want to be disappointed to find they dont have what you want in stock, give the store a call and enquire. Otherwise you will be fighting for the staffs attention against the test of the customers.

I ordered some shoes a week ago and a week later they send me a email saying theyre out of stock. Why such bad communication? I was eagerly waiting for these shoes to arrive . Never again will I buy from this place again when there availability is low and tell you last minute theyre out of stock. I waited like a dumb little kid, completely entranced by the thought of my shoes coming. Im mad as hell so take my advice dont buy none of their merchendise and go buy shoes from a better place, whether online or at the door.

Hands down best customer service. When i was about to pay there was a situation that the card was declined. He said maybe we should call the bank see whats going on and that he would hold my pair of shoes. I was skeptical becuase everyone would state the workers here werent the most welcoming. He even let me try on the yeezys 350 before purchasing. Smooth transaction defetnitly coming back for another pair!

customer service on the phone were very nice,but this LA store is about to be contacted by a lawyer. I bought and paid for a pair online from this store about 2 weeks ago, and my jordan 12s french blues are yet to be shipped from here. The NY store was great and shipped my order right away and the shoes were awesome. LA store will have a theft lawsuit soon if i dont get my order, theres no excuse for this

Meeste schoenen hier zijn aardig overpriced. Ja er zijn hier modellen te krijgen die nergens anders meer zijn, maar die zijn online goedkoper te vinden. Personeel oogt ook erg ongeïnteresseerd.

I just got my order of my statue green 9s and their fake. You can tell right away the quality is cheap asf. The toe box bends so easy. I had read really good reviews on this website thats why I ordered them here but these shoes I got are horrible the material used is very cheap. I wont be ordering from here again. pretty dope shoe selection and to think famous people shop at this place all the time is also another very cool thing to realize... like wow im shopping at a place where famous people have shopped and to experience the feeling is amazing but overall it is an amazing store with amazing service and a great variety of shoe selections

I purchased some shoes online that were listed as new, in box. Received them and they were definitely NOT new, with the telltale crease across the toe box. Im very dissatisfied. The 80/20 consignment concept would be fine if they didnt misrepresent the products when you purchase online!

I bought at least 3 pairs from this place. Its a 10/10 buy but for a high price because its guaranteed real. Dont listen to anyone that says its fake because the people that work at flight club are amazing! Ive never been unhappy with a purchase made from this website!

I was looking for fight clubs near me and this showed up. my friend Emily and I thought it was promising with the most reviews. we were very excited to try it out when we noticied it said SHOE shop and fLight club not fight club. very deceiving. very disappointed.

They have the best shoes and the prices that the shoes should accually be for. People complain about prices but i think they are fair and the employees are not good they have no enthusiasm when they talk to you but arbitrary it is a great store!

hi Im emily, Meghans friend. I was very upset that this was not a fight club and was a shoe store. I clicked on it expecting to see a fight club but only saw sneakers. I soon found out it was called fLight club and now Im very disappointed.

FLIGHT CLUB LA SOLD ME B GRADE JORDANS BUYER BEWARE!!!! Bought shoes in a hurry, get back to hotel and notice there is a giant B stamped on the tags on the inside of both shoes! I paid $421.00, Ill never shop here again.

This store is really dope! And to know that celeberties go there to shop and get the same experience is crazy!!! They play good music and the shoes are cool but way over priced. They also need to get more size 10s in LA

They sell fake Jordans!#....& for 375$ look at the Jordan sign it has a butt crack....beware!!! Originals do not have a belly and butt crack.....drove from the valley and was disappointed...wasted gas.

Its a cool place to look for shoes that are rare, exclusive, popular etc. Some shoes are from pay years and they also current releases. Theres a lot of Jordans, Nikes, some Adidas & Asics.

Has alot of shoes. And you can take donations to them and they will give you a credit to shop there. Pretty nice. You have to park on the street or pay someone to park.

Great little shop with a huge selection of boots. Very knowledgeable shop owner, good prices. We bought two pairs of boots and he threw in a pair of insoles for free!

Worst place to buy ever. I will never buy from them again. A week after my order they cancel my order and restock the shoes i ordered for more $$$ Bad business
