Their arrangements are utterly embarrassing. My bf ordered me flowers and they were terrible. Looked nothing like the picture online, and they forgot the roses that went in it. They didnt offer to fix it, but rather just drop off the roses. I told them to come pick up the whole thing and refund it. They actually come to pick it up for the refund, and disturbed me at work. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. So much better out there.

I had a great experience with Michael at El Patito Florist. I ordered a bouquet for my wifes first day back teaching for the year. Michael was extremely helpful on the phone helping me decide what I should purchase, and when I arrived to pick them up they were ready and I was out the door quickly. I will be definitely coming back in the future for flowers.

I ordered 4 bouquets for a 4:45 to 5:00PM pick-up on 09/10/09. I was told clearly "No Problem", they were open until 6PM. When I arrived at 5:15, the lights were out, nobody home (sign did say 6PM). Not real impressive arriving at a birthday party without the flowers I promised to bring. Well, at least I didnt pay in advance (like I had offered...).

I ordered flowers for my friend from Florida. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and told me the flowers would be delivered the next day as per my request and they were. I am absolutely delighted with the florist. Many thanks to them. I will order again.

The man in the shop (or probably the owner) was very kind and supportive. He helped me to choose flowers, made a bouquet and suggested more fresh roses than I chose before. He acted as a person who cares.
