Bunches used to be our go-to place for flowers. Somehow it appears that the staff has changed from people who really knew flowers and were able to make recommendations, in a friendly manner, to folks with an attitude, where you feel you have to apologize for coming in and disturbing them in their efforts dusting the shelf. My experience buying a bouquet yesterday makes me not want to go back again, after going there for 20 years. Too bad. Maybe I caught the lady on a bad day, but I guess I wont find out if she is more friendly on other days.... The owner should put a camera in there and check in once in a while....this is certainly impacting the business.

My husband sent me an arrangement for our 5th anniversary. The delivery gal was in such a rush, she didnt even make sure they were delivered to me. The receptionist had to shout "excuse me!" multiple times for her to stop to find out who they were for. Then when they came with no card, she had to chase her out the door to see if it was supposed to have a card. The arrangement was nice, but many of the flowers were old and wilted already (and I used to work at a Flower Shop, so I have some experience with that). Overall, I was unimpressed- especially for a $75 arrangement.

Geddy and Nbert took care of me from the moment I walked into their store! They really provide a first class experience! Nbert made me the most breathtaking floral crown for my bridal shower that all guests were blown away by, they really exceeded my expectations. Their prices, customer care and designs are really hard to beat! Dont waste your time going anywhere else!!!

I called to arrange for a flower delivery and the woman who answered the phone was quite rude. She was very short, impatient and gave plenty of attitude right off the bat, as if I was bothering her by calling in the first place. Sorry lady, I was just trying to spend some money at your business. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but Ill call elsewhere in the future.

For my 2013 Wedding: The owner isnt super pleasant (or responsive to email) but Sara my floral designer was awesome. She was able to figure out what I wanted, made smart suggestions and substitutions, and did a beautiful job. The duck is pretty cool too and pricing isnt bad.

I visit Bunches about once a month. They have a great Instagram account with the most beautiful seasonal arrangements. They are always able to put something together for me based on the favorites from their IG posts within a reasonable price. A gem in Los Gatos!

my fiance sent me a beautiful boquet that he paid 75 bucks for from bunches. all the flowers wilted by 2 days and died by 3. waste of money.
