The owner of the store was very rude and seemed to be racist. I went in twice to prove myself right. The first time I went in I was with one of my bridesmaids who happened to be a mexican woman like myself. I was looking for the perfect dress and veil for my summer wedding. The owner had one bride trying on a dress when I walked in (who happened to be caucasian). The owner completely ignored my bridesmaid and I for the entire 15 minuets that we were in the store. Even after saying, "Excuse me" 4 times she did not help us nor did she bother to look in our direction. I was very upset and left the store. The second time I went in I was with my caucasian bridesmaid. This time we were the only two customers in the store. I said, " Excuse me" and she ignored me then my bridesmaid said it and the owner said " Il be right with you". When she was done on the computer she came over and asked my friend what she needed help with. I stated that I was looking for a Catherdal veil with lace around the edges and a wedding dress. The owner then looked at my friend and asked her my wedding date. I said I was not sure but it will be a summer wedding. She then told me that I had to have my dress already (which made no sense), I needed to know my wedding date, and I needed to know the number of people in my wedding party. When I said I did not know those details yet she pointed at the veils and went back to her computer. As we were leaving the store I looked over at her and she did not bother to turn her head our way. Needless to say I would not recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone. I was very unsatisfied. I ended up finding my dream dress at Davids Bridal in Modesto, CA.

My mother and my daughter came with me to find my dress. Bliss was the second and last place I shopped. I love how she has the dresses out front just to get a feel for what you like, it is NOT all they have but it completely takes away the stress from looking at hundreds of gowns at one time. She was so sweet and incredibly patient with me; she passed no judgement on my opinions and took her time with me. I didnt share any of my time there with other customers, it was perfect. I found my perfect dress and we will be getting our groomsmen suited up here too. The new owner is so kind and I felt very very comfortable in her care. Thank you! I would recommend Bliss highly to anyone and go back again in a heartbeat. Everyone needs to know about this little Botique because it is definitely a nice place to shop if you want to be the focus of attention and treated kindly!

I called this bridal store for 2 days. No one would answer or return a message, so I finally stopped in one day. When I walked in she was socailizing on the phone! I inquired about a dress by Marisa, since they were listed as retailers on the website. She stated that she does not carry that brand nor has she ever heard of it. I said well for one you are listed on her site as a carrier and for two they are a very popular brand. This lady had no clue about anything. As I am walking out she insisted on saying that she has a wonderful selection of dresses, not even paying attention to the fact that I was looking for one dress and one dress only...by Marisa! Would not recommend to anyone

My wife and I were thinking about getting a dress from Bliss, until the owners little dog peed on a wedding dress that was going out and all they did was tried cleaning it with carpet cleaner. Basically some girl out there over paid for a dress that had dog pee on it. 100% true, I saw the dog pee on it, told the lady what happened and watched them try to clean it. I also have heard around the grape vine that the new owner is a scammer, that she try to screw people out of money by holding checks and reversing credit cards.

I recently visited this shop while visiting family in California. I found the sales person to be very helpful and friendly. I told her Iwas only visiting family and she still found the time to help me find the information i needed for my wedding. She brought out several dresses. I tried on jewlery, tairas and beautiful shoes. We had a great time. She was truly genuine. Thank you Bliss. I would recomend Bliss highly. Thanks once again for all your help. I jjust thought everyone would like to know.

I didnt actually buy my dress here but I had to come on and say that I received the best customer service here! I ended up choosing a dress at another salon that was not available through Bliss otherwise I would have given them my money!!! Tammie was awesome! I only gave 4 stars since I dont know how she is regarding sales.

My daughter and I went in on a Saturday, she was looking for a dress. The girl that talked to us was very rude. I dont know how you can do business that way,we wont ever be back.
