My name is Nicole - posting this under my boyfriends account - so dont be confused about why "Andy" is reviewing his bridal experience! :) Anyways.. This was my very first bridal gown appointment and I really couldnt have asked for more! I had known I wanted to come here for years (before I even got engaged) because of the Disney line. Coming in, I was expecting to try some things on but not make any decisions that day. I knew I was highly interested in the Disney Princess Belle gowns. My stylist was Brianna Rowland. She was very attentive! She asked me a few questions initially and then pulled every gown I was interested in. She also pulled a few that she felt would be along the lines of what I wanted. Upon her suggestion, I tried on my favorite one first. Even though I had six women with me (therefore I expected six different opinions) everyone fell in love with the first one including myself. It was just too perfect - almost like there was no point in trying anything else on. Of course, I couldnt just stop there ;) I had to be sure. I tried on every single gown I came in to try and as Brianna had predicted, the first one was simply the one.Throughout all these gowns she made sure they were pinned just right, had a veil that went well with it, tried them with different skirts - she just constantly made sure the dress and myself were looking our best. My entire party agreed. We liked the others, but after having the favorite set up that precedence- it really made the "weed out" process easier. It was everything I had ever hoped for in my wedding gown and though the others were beautiful - trying my favorite on first validated that it was the one as none of the others quite lived up to it for me. I felt that Brianna was very focused on what my vision was and stayed right on track with it. It made the process fun and easy for me. I got to be a princess for a day and I found my dream gown. Another lady who seemed to be a manager (though Im not sure if she was) approached me toward the end of the appointment and offered the same dress in another color - she wanted me to see if I liked the other option. She even let me take the other dress outside (while I was still wearing the white one) to compare them in the natural light. I thought that was very kind of them. They seemed to really care that I loved the gown I was getting and knew all of my options. All the staff members I dealt with were sweet and attentive and made me feel very special -despite the fact that it was the end of a Saturday and must have been crazy for them. I am so, so happy with my experience here and truly cannot wait to wear my dress on my big day. You guys are wonderful at making a bride-to-be feel special and happy. You are also wonderful at making what can be an overwhelming search nothing but fun and exciting. Thank you Brianna R. for making my first gown appointment so special that it will also be my last! Cant wait for my dress to arrive, and I cant wait for my fiance to see me in it on our special day.

I would not recommend this store or company to ANYONE that is actively looking for a bridal gown or bridesmaid dress. The sales person was great, reassuring the bride that for her out of town bridesmaids there would be no issues, all would be done smoothly. In contrast, the dresses came in within 3 weeks of the first payment due, which is fine, however, when the out of town bridesmaids paid 1/2 of the money up front, faxing over credit card authorizations, they were never told their credit card information would be "lost" "misplaced" "never stored" "not available" "stored in a locked vault", etc when the 2nd payment was due. Having someone from CT calling each day to find out where exactly the credit card information was upset the bridesmaid and the bride, as the company receives your card #, your address, your signature, everything that would lend itself to future credit card fraud. in the MEAN TIME, the bride had a dress ordered, that eventually came in and it was ordered too small, and way too short. In the first fitting, the seamstress and salespeople told the bride to "just wear flats" on her wedding day because the dress was too short. They offered no assistance, and the issue was escalated to the store manager. This woman is a complete flake, explaining she couldnt CALL the manufacturer, that she had to email them and it could take anywhere up to 72 hours to get the communication through to the manufacturer on the East Coast (mind you this is about 3 weeks before the wedding at the first fitting). After multiple visits, legal threats, phone calls and utter emotional upheaval for the bride, the manager kept saying, "it will be fine, well give you the floor sample" which was dirty and old. The manager even said, "Not sure why you keep calling" to the bride, after shed said, "Im not sure I can get you another dress" when it was clearly their mistake in the ordering. This issue was not resolved until less than a WEEK before the wedding. The bride got a big discount, but clearly it was not worth the stress she was subjected to having originally paid out around $1700 to this flaky group. What became apparent was that there are so many mistakes happening with this company, that often they take the dress YOU order and have to give it to someone else because they have to make a bride happy when theyve blown the original order. The dresses are not sewn well, as some of the bridesmaid dresses were 6 inches longer on the front hem than in the back! Our opinion, is to STEER CLEAR of this store, save yourself the hassle, stress and tears.

I never thought I would EVER be doing a Yelp review on a wedding dress place :). Im totally a Disney fan and I *KNEW* my dress would be from the Alfred Angelo Disney collection. I came with my matron of honor on a Friday (and it was not busy); I had an appointment. Everyone at the store was super nice and accommodating. My stylist was Brenda who was freaking AH-MAZ-ING!! HANDS DOWN, I am so glad she was my stylist. She helped me narrow down my likes, wants, helped me figure out what I dont like and all (since I really didnt know what kind of dress I wanted). I tried on LITERALLY maybe 15 or 17 dresses. What floored me was that Brenda helped me every step of the way -- helping me get into the dresses, zipping, lacing me up, fluffing the train, ALL OF IT. My experiences at other bridal shops is that they dont help you put it on (haha). So I was kind of like shocked that someone would go the extra mile and help me put the dresses on. Brenda was super honest, kind, and it felt like I was talking to a friend. I find this RARE in customer service. Thanks to my Matron of Honor, she spied another dress another bride just tried on and had me try it on after she was done -- turns out that was the one. So, during my first appointment I narrowed it down to TWO dresses. I spent a week thinking about which to pick between the two. When I came back (Visit 2) I was 99% certain I would buy a certain dress; when Brenda helped me put it on I freaking burst into tears (mind you I am not an emotional person in public) and I knew I FOUND MY DRESS. Dress shopping is STRESSFUL, and I was glad I found THE ONE. Brenda also helped me figure out which veil to buy too -- so I placed my dress and veil order. The manager Sandra was a delight as well! She answered all my questions in regards to ordering and other stuff which I cant recall; but the manager was SUPER NICE and polite! I joined the Perfect Perks and received a cute goodie bag :). I cant wait to come back in January or Feb to receive my dress and hopefully there will be no issues at all :).
