THE MARRIAGE EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE SHOULD IT NOT? WELL MIRAS BRIDAL WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THAT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD AT MIRAS BRIDAL THAT I CANT EVEN PUT INTO WORDS HOW DISGUSTED I AM WITH THEM. I HAD TO CANCEL MY BRIDES MAIDS DRESSES ORDERS BUT THEY PROCEEDED TO MAKE THEM ANYWAYS AND ARE NOW SAYING THAT I NEVER CALLED AND CANCELED. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE MY DRESS 6 MO TO GET HERE SO ORDER IN ADVANCE AND IT CAME IN TWO MONTHS AND THEY CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL FEES FOR KEEPING IT IN THE STORE FOR ME ON TOP OF THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME 15% OFF AND THEY GAVE ME 5%. I WAS WELL PREPARED TO SPEND OVER 10K IN THAT STORE AND I WAS TREATED LIKE IM SPENDING 5 DOLLARS. SO IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH LIARS AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKE YOUR WEDDING MISERABLE INSTEAD OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE GO TO MIRAS BRIDAL. FOR ANY BRIDES WHO HAVE QUESTIONS, I WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM. I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY RUIN THEIR WEDDINGS LIKE THEY HAVE WITH MINE, SO PLEASE IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE NOT IN COMMUNICATION AT ALL WITH ONE ANOTHER SEVERAL TIMES I WAS TOLD SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS THEY DROVE ME CRAZY. SO PLEASE PLANNING A WEDDING IS ALREADY A STRESSFUL PROCESS YOUR GOING TO SPEND MONEY REGARDLESS DO IT WITH HONEST PEOPLE. TRUDYS BRIDAL IN CAMPBELL, CA STAFF IS AMAZING I DIDNT EVEN BUY MY DRESS FROM THEM AND THEY WERE PATIENT, SO SO HELPFUL I WAS SO SHOCKED THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE. THEY CARRY COUTURE AND HAVE A WAY BIGGER SELECTION THAN MIRAS.

My wife and I were married last year and after reading some of the reviews for Miras I had to weigh in. We went to several others stores before going here to get an idea of what was out there. I wanted her to "shop around" first. After seeing the dresses available at the other stores in town it was clear we would be getting our dress from Mira. Her selection is unmatched by anyone in the valley, and they are all the top designers. It seemed every time my wife went there were more, new dresses. (she changed her mind twice). Every time we went we were greeted by a friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Our question were always answered quickly and completely. Our appointments were not rushed, and the staff was the most helpful I found anywhere. I cant stress enough how great our experience was, and how happy my wife was with the service provided. In the end we bought my wifes wedding gown, the flower girls, and bridesmaids dresses from Mira. What a wonderful experience for our bridal party. Mira also gave us tips on photographers, florists, and several other key aspects that made our special day truly amazing. We have been back several times since our wedding to purchase cocktail dresses for functions, and received the same great level of service every time. I recommend Miras to anyone and everyone that asks for a recommendation on a bridal boutique. Truly a one of a kind store for a once in a lifetime event.

Today, I took my daughter, future mother-in-law, aunt and brides maids wedding dress shopping. We drove from Bakersfield to Modesto to a different boutique. My daughter left the boutique very disappointed that she couldnt find even one dress that she liked. I told her to find another dress shop in the Modesto area and we would go there. She found Mira Bridal Couture. She called but they didnt have an open appointment until 3:00. (It was only 11:00) We had to leave by 1:00. She hung up the phone and continued her search for a place to look at dresses. While she looked, I called Mira Bridal back. I explained our situation, and was told that they would call me right back. Mira called me shortly after and made an opening for my daughter to come and try on dresses. When we arrived, Mira was very confident that my daughter would find her dress before leaving her store. She was correct. My daughter fell in love with the first dress she tried on. The consultant, Ashley was so helpful and kind. Mira moved around lunch schedules to accommodate my daughter. A rare find these days. Thank you so very much Mira for your understanding and making time for us. Thank you for helping my daughter find her "dream dress".

Came to Miras yesterday to try on wedding dresses, Dawn was our attendant. She was very helpful with all of her suggestions, as well as asking my opinion and feelings about each dress. I told her what kind of dress I was looking for, and she did pick out a few that matched but also picked out mostly strapless (not really what I was looking for, but I was open to it). I did find 2 dresses I really loved, am holding off on picking one because I want to keep looking around. The only reason its 4 instead a 5 star rating is because its an "unplugged" salon.... I understand the reasoning behind this, but I really wish I could have a picture of myself in my favorite dress from Miras to compare with the favorites from Biancas. Also, I did feel a bit pressured at the end of the appointment to make a decision; they are remodeling this month, so its a time constraint issue which again, I understand, but I am not sure Ill be ready to make a decision a week

Mira and her staff could not have made my experience or my husbands experience any better. From the first step in to the store I knew that I would find my dress here. I will admit I did search elsewhere, but the staff, great atmosphere and gorgeous gowns were the best of the best. My dress was exactly what I imagined and they recommended one of the best alteration shops in town, no doubt. No only did the make the recommendation the appointment was scheduled for me shortly after I paid the final bill on the dress. We also ordered the grooms suits through Mira and her staff. Once again they were amazing and the pictures do tell that the boys felt as comfortable as I did the day I picked out my dress. The service is excellent from start to finish and I still feel like I could call Mira for life coaching she is such an amazing person. Thank you to Mira and her staff for making my day unbelievable special by making me feel so beautiful.

I was expecting so much more with all of the hype going on about this "couture" new store in downtown. To my disappointment, "couture" would be the last thing that I would call mira. Having some background in sales, I recognized most of the designers that they carry and their prices where just way way way to high...probably 2 to 3 xs more than what they should be. Why do you think that they wont give you the designers name and style number? Cause they know that you will shop around and find it cheaper somewhere else that is selling it at the actual designer price! Plus, who would want to choose their dress out of such a small selection? Check them out if you have time to kill, but defiantly not the right place to actually buy your dress from since they jack up the prices so much.
