Hollywood Addiction

So, apparently Jennifer the owner is out of budget (broke). I found out after waiting 8 months for a dress never came. First of all shes a liar, second she doesnt care, third shes trying to run another business and not focusing on this business leaving all the girls vulnerable with no wedding gown. I found this out from few designers they work with which I will not mention. Not only Jennifer doesnt pay the designers for new orders but she has invoices open and balance due with most of those companies. One company said they had 6 Orders pending. So we all thinks we have a product coming but we dont. Because she took our deposit and put it into something else.

My wife paid for her dress in full almost a year prior to our wedding. When it came time to get the dress they said the manufacturer was back ordered. Long story short, they never ordered it at all. My wife had to call the designer to find that out and get it straightened out. My wife just got a message from another poor woman who is getting the run around from these people right now. Sounds like the same situation.

WORST EXPIRENCE EVER!!!!!! I ordered my dress 10 Month ago, my dress just got here 8/26/2016 my wedding is Sept 3rd! My Dress doesnt fit and they are closed 2 days out of the week! They never answer the phone!! They ignore you the entire time! PLEASE PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!! THIS IS A NIGHT MARE!!!!

A lovely store with very helpful staff. Quite a variety of beautiful dresses, including those with sleeves, which are hard to find. The first dress my daughter tried on (as the store was about to close, but they didnt mind), was the one she bought. Very glad we stopped in.
