In customer service it is important to make patrons or clients feel important and like their business is wanted. The people here were extremely rude. They were unhelpful when setting up an appointment for my mother. They pressured her into making it for 1 instead of 1:30 lime she wanted. When we showed up at 1 they did not make us feel welcome. We finally asked if we could browse the bridesmaid dresses as we waited for our lady, and after half an hour of waiting and being bogged down by dressed, no one ever came to help us. When we finally went to go get them they "started our appointment". There was no smiling done by any of the workers. When we told them we were leaving they assumed it was due to our disagreement with their policies but it had everything to do with their customer service. If you want a place that will rain on your parade and make you feel like an intrusion into their day and like you are not worth their time, this is the bridal shop for you. Literally their only saving grace was their gowns were beautiful. To bad I didnt want to give them any of my money.

I am so glad that I found the Diamond Bridal Gallery! The day I went shopping I had planned to go to three different dress shops, but Diamond Bridal Gallery was the first and only place I went to! Their dresses are all neatly organized by the price range, and all the prices are within reasonable price range for all amounts of wedding budgets. The women there were also very kind, answered all my questions, and even helped me pick out dresses based on the style that I liked. Whats also really cool about this place is, if a dress does not fit right, they have a seamstress who will alter the dress for you and make it the wedding dress you have always dreamed of having. I would definitely recommend this place to any girl who is looking for her dream wedding dress.

These women are wonderful! They brought out a dress that i had missed and hadnt considered, along with a beautiful belt, and it was beyond perfect. I have never felt so much like a Princess/Queen and they, and the dress, helped to make my wedding day spectacular. The little shop was quaint & perfect for my family to share in the "pick the dress" experience. They quickly tailored the dress and were patient with with me when I was delayed in picking up the dress when it was cleaned after the wedding. They were kind and sweet, & went above and beyond to make my day so special for which i am eternally grateful to them and for my beautiful wedding dress! In particular, i believe it was Sandra & Maria, but in general this place, and the people who run it, are GREAT!

After a long search for the perfect wedding dress, I found "the one" at Diamond Bridal Gallery. They have a lot of unique, trendy, yet elegant and classy styles from European designers and private labels. And their price is very reasonable. Seniya is very experienced. After I tried on a few dresses, she immediately knew what I was looking for and found "the dress" for me. They also did an excellent job on the alteration, and at a great price. The total price (including the dress, alteration, veil, and head piece) is in fact cheaper than it would have cost at Davids Bridal. I recommend brides-to-be check out their selection before settle for a dress elsewhere. They might surprise you.

Im so very happy that my Daughter suggested I go to Diamond Bridal to look for my Wedding Dress it was absolutely the best time Ive ever had trying on anything. Some of us dont enjoy trying clothes on especially a wedding dress. The Ladies at Diamond were truly Gems. So Friendly , kind , helpful and patient very patient. This was only my 2nd time to try dresses on and had this appointment been like the first shop I would never even wear a gown . Such a wonderful shop of Lovely ladies . Id recommend that anyone needing a gown should definitely go to Diamond first . Thank you ladies for such a great appointment. Staff and gowns are awesome

Best place to get alterations done! Ive been to many other places to get alterations done but never felt like oh Id recommend them. This place though Id recommend to anyone who needs alterations. I didnt get my wedding dress from there, though their dresses were very pretty. Their Customer service was amazing! They asked me if I would like a cold water while putting my dress on and helped me get into it. Their actual ateration was amazing also. I have a dress with a lot of layers and it came out perfect length. They were so helpful from the time I walked in.

I purchased two wedding gowns from Diamond Bridal Gallery and couldnt be happier. Before coming to this store I did my homework. I didnt want to waste my time in the store it doesnt have what Im looking for. I was looking for something unique and different that cant be found anywhere else. My consultant was Angie, she was very helpful and took the time to show me on different styles. I just love her customer service. My dresses are ordered and I cant wait to come back and try them on again.

This place has a huge variety of gowns for any body type and any occasion. I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from the Diamond Bridal Gallery. The prices were very reasonable and the dresses were beautiful. The customer services was outstanding! The dresses arrived on time and my bridesmaids loved them. They also have a beautiful selection of tiaras and necklaces. I highly recommend this place not only for the brides and bridesmaids but for any event.

Gorgeous range of dress. Angy helped my daughter and she really learned her style very quickly and made her feel very special. She made the whole experience fun. We didnt even think we will find the dress at our first visit. Highly recommend this lovely bridal salon
