Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good cause, food is good ..... but vat coffee is not kept fresh and pour over cups (premium) are made much too weak. Since they are a coffee place, they should send their staff to Barista school or just do a field trip to various notable places to see how the make it. In short: Make vat coffee like Peets and use 5X coffee on pour overs (shouldnt be that much of a cost ding charging $5/cup).
