I occasionally went here for a chai tea after shopping but this last time was a very horrible experience. After 3 attempts at getting a chai tea that taste right, I am done. 1st attempt of a 6 pump chai tea latte, they made it cold with soy....NO. 2nd attempt......no 6 pump chai and tasted nasty.....NO.....3rd attempt....I got probably 12 pumps and no frothy latte. REALLY GROSS. The young man that tried to make this obviously was not even trained. DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS.
