When I got home I discovered that the tobacco Id purchased was old and stale- would crumble in my fingers even though it was a long cut. I called the next day and whoever answered the phone (he had an Im the owner vibe) told me that theyd had problems with that brand and that they dont recommend it. I pointed out that Id purchased a pack from them before and that it had been in much better condition. He told me to come in and wed work something out. Okay, so I got in the car and drove about 5 miles and paid to park and when I got in the store he told me again that they normally would recommend another brand etc. It then turned out that what he had in mind by working something out was to offer me a pack of that brand for $4 instead of $5.40. When I asked if he couldnt return the pack Id purchased he said, "You can. You can pack it up and send it to them." Again I asked if he couldnt do that through his distributor and he said no. It was bad enough to have been sold an old, stale, pouch of tobacco, but then to be invited back to the store to be basically humiliated... If like myself, youve come to expect your business to be valued and your status as a customer to be appreciated, I suggest you choose to shop elsewhere.

I went here to escape while my wife was shopping at West Elm and Pottery Barn. I was totally bumming it (dressed down), but the guy behind the counter was very helpful anyways. I dont know much about cigars and he took a lot of time explaining a bunch about the various cigars they had in their walk-in humidor. Unfortunately I have no idea if their prices were good or bad. I didnt have time to stick around and smoke it in the lounge, but I look forward to making use of that when I go back.

Meat and Potatoes, lets get to the point and not be so sensitive, are they here to sell you products and provide service? Or to smile at you and stroke your ego? Some people can never be satisfied. I love the fact that this business gets to the point no neopansy B.S. They have a good selection of smokes and paraphernalia. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Did you come here to buy something? Did they sell it to you? If so whats the problem?

Its an alright smoke shop. They have the basics but lack variety in certain areas like their glass and other accessories. I asked if they carried pipe cases which many smoke shops usually do keep in stock but unfortunately no such luck. Id only really come here for papers or if you like Cigars. Im a glass guy so unfortunately this was not my place to shop.

The guy behind the counter was very rude and unwelcoming..he had an attitude the whole time. Its a nice store just if u go here dont look forward to be treated to nicely or even smiled at.

Tasty sandwiches here for <$10. Call ahead to beat the queue as it can get pretty packed. Also its a great spot for cheap cinema snacks!

Good choice for a quick snack or grab a sandwich or a drink. You can order a toast or sandwich inside as well as some coffee or tea
