Ive gone to the same grocery store since moving to Santa Clara but when the Homestead Grocery Outlet opened up we had to try it. Best decision we ever made! Opening day the store was spotless and the staff was so nice and knowledgeable and I commented that it would only last a month Boy was I wrong! To this day we shop every week and those oops I forgot days the store is still spotless and fully stocked and the staff you couldnt ask for better; they are awesome. Maria and Andrew always ask how the kids are and are always happy to see me. Its like going to the family for a visit except they are fast and you save on average $100 a pop! The produce department is of the highest quality, my family can eat fresh fruit and veggies and I dont have to take out a mortgage. If you havent gone GO!!! You wont regret it! Awesome Job Guys! Welcome to Santa Clara!

This place is located where there are no other grocery stores nearby and that makes it convenient if you dont want to drive far. They sometimes have what you need, but if you go back to get more of it they may not have it. What they have in stock depends on what other places order too much of and need to get rid of. So dont expect to walk into Bargain Market and buy a specific product. Also, they dont have many cashiers and its not waiting in line if you only have one or two items.

Compard to the Grocery Outlet in Milpitas, I think this has a larger selection of things Im interested in purchasing (cheese, juices etc.). However, I notice that the expiration dates are more imminent at this branch (~3 days away). For some things, its rather obvious that this doesnt matter (things you can freeze, chips that are obviously sealed) but for dairy, its an important consideration.

Family owned outlet. Very warm and supportive staff. They carry a variety of merchandise including fruits, health supplements, wine & beer, spices & decorative plants to name a few. The prices are comparable if not cheaper than the competing stores. Somehow this places gives the comfort of old store style shopping while being equipped with modern amenities.

When I realized I left my rice I had bought from there maybe in 2013 winter, I got distraught and called it. Fortunately, they were keeping it at a counter and I could get back my food of life. I appreciate it. Also quality is great for the prices. Only tiny problem is they carry few Asian items.

Love grocery outlet. Dont let the fact that they sell bargain priced items keep you from coming here. They do have some good quality food items. Just be sure to look at the expiration before you buy, just in case.

The food is rotten. You have to watch the expiration dates. I have found spoiled food in the fridge. The lady who says she is the owner is very rude and disrespectful. I wouldnt send anyone there to shop.
