This review is for the photo and USPS desk. I have been here on separate occasions and the staff here have no idea what they are doing. The person who helped me with my photos had no idea what he was doing, wasted 10 minutes walking between machines pushing random buttons, and when he finally printed out the photos, they were of terrible quality (lucky I checked before leaving the store, but I didnt bother doing anything about it seeing as the staff clearly didnt know what they were doing in the first place). I then had to post some important documents and silly me assumed they couldnt stuff up postage. Wrong! All I needed was delivery confirmation, and they had no idea what that was and said I could just pick between prices on the screen and they all did the same thing? Anyway, the package ID number they said was delivery confirmation was not at all, so once again, I am left to believe these guys have no idea what they are doing in there. I wont be going back to this store for anything - useless staff who are not helpful and have no idea what they are doing. I dont mean to sound harsh, but I would hate for anyone else to waste their time or money here. Go elsewhere.

A Private User

The assistant manager (RL) refused to refund an item we purchased at another CVS despite the fact that we had a receipt and that we bought the item only 1 hour prior to attempting to return it. He concocted some story about the item being on sale at the other store and not being on sale at his store--a total lie. He literally called us liars! Also he was rude to another employee who tried to help us. Im never doing business at this particular CVS again as long as that assistant manager rules the roost over there!

William Moore

Scott is an excellent pharmacist and I believe pharmacy manager, he has been there for as long as I have gone there and has lived through the various incarnations (business names). The counter staff can be a little daunting but otherwise the pharmacists themselves are top notch as they should be as your health and well being advocates. The rest of the store is standard fare but what you really want from a pharmacy is competent pharmacists, Scott being the best of the bunch!
