Called in and ask specifically if they had my medication and brand. The guy working on Friday 3/3/2017 at 5PM said yes. I asked again if he was sure it was brand, and he said yes we have the "control" medication on hand. I asked to be sure if "control" means that particular brand I wanted. He said yes. I even asked, in scenario, if I dropped off the prescription right now, can he fill it. He said, yes. So I had my doctor send the script over on Monday. They called me back same day to say they have to order it. They dont carry it. They dont have it in stock. And they are not sure until after they order it to know if the supplier can even fill it. Cant really speak on any other experience with this pharmacy. The guy sounded rushed and his tone lean towards getting me off he phone. Ill change my review if my experience changes. Well see.

Jolly and her team have been the most professional team at any drug store I ever dealt with. Very courteous and helpful. They have been there longer than most Walgreen store employees so we are on a first name basis there. I moved to Los Gatos but still only deal with the Campbell store based soley on great service. Were here for the photo service (passport photos). The lady has not much patience and just said that the photo is ok, while were not satisfied with it. When we went back to take the photo, she took her own sweet time to get to the photo service area

My doctors office calls in my prescriptions and when I arrive to pick them up they always say no. I watched my nurse call this morning so I can clearly see where the breakdown is happening.
