My doctor faxed the Px to this store, but some how Wallgreens cannot find my insurance infomation from their system. I gave my insruance card, after talking to my insurance they admited that the problem is in their system. So I suggested to pay the copay and get the medicine. The answer was "NO". I am supprised to hear that I have to wait or come back again. They cannot give me the medicine until they fix the problem.
