Just left this store and the service was awful. I dont ever right a review and I dont ever complain but in this case I have too. Rude, sarcastic and totally discounted me when they told me my appointment had to be changed for my dog when I drove 40 mins to get there and asked why they didnt call to tell me I just got the silent treatment. I asked for the manager and got the same treatment from her. This makes me second guess humanity and the people in it I always wanted to know why people could be so rude when I am out and about and swore I would never be like that well now I know why.

Not very knowledgeable when it comes to community aquariums and fish compatibility. We were sold an Oscar fish for a community Aquarium that already houses a Gold Gourami, an Angel and a Zebra Loach. BAD idea. The Oscar fish terrorized everyone and ate my Danio. BAD Service as far as I am concerned. I took the Oscar fish to a new home and my fish and I feel better now.

Have taken our three dogs to Shawnna for grooming for 3-4 years. She always does a great job on them: a 9 yr old cocker/golden retriever mix, a 8yr old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and 3yr old C

The young man named Brett helped me out quite a bit while in petsmart. He was very friendly and very informative about dogs. Also he was quite good looking. ;)
