Went in this afternoon it wasnt busy. I couldnt find anyone on the floor other than one other customer who appeared to need help as well. I went up to the register where she wasnt busy. She was just standing there no line I asked for help with the litter boxes as all I could find were lids and no actual full covered litter boxes (tops with bottoms). I wanted help as I was confused. Ive worked in the pet industry and know what Im looking at I wanted help as well to point out something is VERY wrong here. After I walked back to the litter boxes and stood there for a few min the register person peered around corner said someone would be there to help me... The person went to the only other customer who also needed help as I could hear them talking. This person just helped that other customer she didnt even investigate the litter box area where I was standing for over ten minutes. I am wearing a safety yellow shirt you cant miss me...after I heard them finish talking I then see her walking elsewhere key words I used with the register person LITTER BOXES ... Customer service here is a joke... Stock on shelves a joke I usually go to Lemos feed and pet supply... Thought Id try Petco for maybe a different litter box choice... Nope!! Shouldnt have waisted my time should have just went straight to Lemos Ive worked in the pet industry over ten years Petco is a sorry sight.. I will not be going to Petco here ever again.

Terrible place to take your pet to get groomed. My friend dropped off her small poodle to get groomed, when she picked up her poddle and got home she started seeing that it had a lot of bruises under the legs and neck, idk if they were holding her down forcefully and has a big bump on the side of the neck. My friend went back to complain and all they did was to give her, her money back and got her out of the store quickly. The dog is all scared now, the kids in the home cant even touch her cause she acts scared and agressive. Poor dog completely changed with its interaction with humans.

Very very friendly staff. Always available to help with whatever you need. Most are very good at answering questions correctly and give great suggestions. I was looking for an item they didnt have but theyre San Luis store did. Their manager had it in the store the following day period She had taken the time to go to San Luis for me and bring the item back now thats service.

Store doesnt have the best selection and staff doesnt seem to care about the stocking of shelves. They state they are a small store, but should have more popular items that other Pet stores in area have.

Waist of a store front. Never seem to have the dog food I regularly purchase. They are a very small store. I will not go there as every time I do, it is a waist of my time.
