La tienda en si no tienen nada mal son las empleadas de mierda como una que se llama Liz casi siempre esta por las tardes pinche vieja le hablas en ingles y todo un amor le hablas en espanol el cual habla perfectamente la estupida porq hay gente en su tonada q se ve cuando no lo habla bien pero esta lo habla bien y es una pedante le hablas y t contesta de la chingada y si t contesta porq dudas acerca de los productos jamas t contesta, ocupan gente servicial q de atencion al cliente no esa fea

Came here a few times to buy some hair product. I didnt really feel welcomed when I walked in the door, no one really greeted me or asked if I needed help or was looking for something in particular. I had to find a staff member every time I had a question and I would have to wait a few minutes to get helped out. All the staff seemed to just want to just associate with each other instead of the customers. Wouldnt want to come here again. Bad customer service and everything just seemed unorganized and messy.

I usually go to the one at Pacific Commons, but I just so happened to be closer to this specific location. The staff wasnt friendly at all. Not to mention, they didnt know much about their deals. I purchased 2 bottles of N Rage dye that clearly had a sign saying $2 off, but the cashier didnt put it into the system. She didnt smile, didnt greet me, and didnt say something like "have a great day." Worst experience in any Sallys Ive been to.

Horrible service, one lady was on the phone and didnt even pay attention about an hair dye that was missing the color and told me it was like that , when I got home to use it nothing happened I will rate -1 .
