The employees there are great, always willing to help you out, with whatever youre looking for. But, the pharmacy wait is beyond ridiculous. Last time I was there, there was only 3 or 4 people in front of me, but it took them 48 minutes to help me. If they didnt already have my prescription behind the counter, I would have left and gone to another store, which is what I do now, when I need to fill prescriptions. Too long of a wait with barely anyone there. Even waiting outside in my car took forever, with nobody in front of me.

I totally agree with others ...this is so Frick in lame... a few lights up the street is the County Hospital ...and the pharmacy closes at 10:00 pm ...thats all about .. PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT HURTING PATIENCE AND GETTING THERE MEDICINE...I LOVE W.C.WALGREENS ANY ANYTIME AND ANY DAY !! NOW YOU ALL ROCK !!!

After visiting the ER down the street and needing to fill a prescription at 2am I must say I am really disappointed that this Walgreens Pharmacy is NOT OPEN for business. I had to drive 2 cities away to find a 24 hour Pharmacy.

Martinez Walgreens is the best. You may forget how screwed up other pharmacies can be, but I just moved away and found out. I will miss this place.

Smaller location so they dont always have sale items, but I usually find what I need. Same day photo processing.

Ive frequently been here mostly mornings and i seem to always find a cashier for service. Avoid if in a hurry.

Doesnt have tons of stuff but its okay. The pharmacy line can be a little bit of a wait sometimes.

Just the usual Walgreens. Its on a corner and its usually not too busy. Plenty of parking.
