Worst customer service ever. I walked in she didnt even say hi I just got a mean look. I asked for her suggestion on a product because my friend would be doing my hair. Please keep in mind I have an aesthetic license. I was told she wouldnt give me advise and that I shouldnt even be in there. I told her I had a license she said it didnt matter. Its one thing to tell me you cant give advise but are we really going to tell someone they cant be in a store? Maybe its because Im biracial, who knows either way I will never go back!

Have a license? They have what you need. I love the discount area in the back of the store on the right. And they even have a great selection for Esthetician products. The employees are always helpful in finding your needs and getting your understanding in the right place with the products you buy.

I like the products but the hours are inconvenient. Only open until 4pm on weekends, and I can never make it there before they close on weekdays either.
