I had a great experience with Weseloh Nissan. Rob Chianese was very accommodating and non pressure. He was really willing to work with me on hammering out a deal that made sense for me financially. They seemed to have a good selection of Nissans as well, but alas I did not get a Nissan. I actually wound up leasing a Kia through Rob at Nissan, which leads me to why I only gave 4 stars. I had previously researched and was set on getting a Kia Optima SX turbo. I first went to the Kia dealership next door and did not have a pleasant experience to say the least. I literally sat there for 10 minutes before I walked into one of the more important managers office there (he had the biggest office?) and asked him to find someone to help me; he was too busy eating his sandwich to originally come out and help me. I went through 3 people, first their fleet manager that tossed me onto someone else who took me for a test drive. This someone else did not speak very good English. Normally thats fine, everyone is always trying to improve & learn.. except when you are trying to sell me a $30,000 piece of equipment and you cannot communicate effectively then it becomes a problem. After this I requested a different sales representative which then led me to one of their "online sales managers". This fellow seemed non interested in selling me a car more so not even helping work with me financially. So I said thank you and went next door to the Nissan dealership. Also I worked out a deal with Rob at Nissan and we had to go next door to Kia to fill out the paper work. When we did so the sales representative with poor communication skills who took me for a test drive that had no impact on selling me a vehicle what so ever has the guts, remind you in front of me, to hassle Rob on his "cut". This was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I felt bad for Rob and you could tell he was embarrassed, but it was out of his control. Another side note, Weseloh Kia no joke, lost my spare key to a NEW CAR and I am waiting for a replacement, again out of Robs control seeing as hes from the Nissan dealer. Now the reason I am giving four stars is because these dealerships are part of the same Weseloh family and I believe are actually run by the same general manager. Since they are owned under one family and operated under the same management I was able to work out a lease for a Kia through Rob at Nissan. Rob was more than willing to discuss and break down options for both Nissan & Kia. I told him what I was able to do financially and he came back with something that worked and I was comfortable with. The fact that there was such stark difference in positive & negative customer experience between Weseloh Nissan & Kia yet they are owned and operated by the same people and literally next door to each other boggles my mind. I hate for Weseloh Nissan to be docked a star for Kias performance, but hopefully someone higher up at Weseloh reads this and looks into what their Nissan dealer is doing right and what their Kia dealer is doing wrong. I still cant believe I had to go to their Nissan dealer to get a Kia. Weseloh Nissan = great experience, accommodating, friendly, willing to stick time and effort into hatching a deal, good selection. Also Rob Chianese is the man and great guy. Weseloh Kia = Poor effort, lack luster customer service, unprofessional, not willing to deal, lost my spare key to a NEW CAR I love my Kia Optima SX turbo. Nissan had some attractive options in their cars and I seriously considered an Altima, but finally decided on the Optima. So if youre considering a Nissan I highly recommend Rob at Weseloh Nissan, but if youre looking at Kias next door then I also recommend Rob at Nissan as well.

If you dont have a personal service manager for your vehicle that you trust 100%, I would like to introduce you to you Sabina Heineman. She is THE most trustworthy service manager in the industry. She makes recommendations for her customers as if their vehicle were her own, never recommends unnecessary services, and is honest and thorough, every detail is taken care of. She is friendly, sincere, asks about our other family members (remembers everyones names!) and is simply a good person that looks out for your best interest. You will never feel like shes trying to "sell" you something, you will feel like shes making sure everything is taken care of as quickly, inexpensively and thoroughly as possible. She applies any discounts available, without you having to ask, offers a shuttle or free rental car services (the rental car counter is literally a few feet from her desk, how convenient!) for major services to your vehicle so youre not out for a day or having to arrange for someone to drop you off/come pick you up, and keeps you up to date if there is a new findings with your vehicle during servicing (I recommend replacing this - our technician found that it is damaged/needs replacing.) I LOVE that she simply says "I recommend" rather than "do you want us to" - I have no idea what a car needs, and when other dealers ask you if you want to pay for something, you feel like they are trying to make an extra buck, while Sabina tells it to you like it is. She serviced my previous Nissan (1991 Hardbody) when it was 18 years old, and told me truthfully "this is damaged, but replacing it will cost (X amount) and nothing bad will happen if you wait in it or just ignore it - it will just make noise" - then left it up to me. She saved me $1800 for a service I would have done with another dealer worried my truck would fall apart if I did not replace the part. Honesty, integrity, and sincerity - Sabina is the best. We take our 370Z to her to be pampered, and after being disappointed by countless other dealerships servicing my Toyota truck (literally 4 other Toyota dealerships who tried to sell me services that the next one said were unnecessary, and having repairs cost way more than quoted without any communication from my service manager there, the leaving me with a feeling of distrust), I began taking my TOYOTA to Sabina at Weseloh Nissan. She said they will service ALL makes and models!! She took extra time to call the Toyota dealership, make sure she had all the info as to what services were factory recommended for my milage and vehicle use (we use 4WD a lot in Big Bear and Mammoth (yay!), then made sure they had all the specific tools to service my specific model, then even went down the street to Toyota for the parts they needed without a markup! Awesome! In summary, Sabina is the best, you will love her, appreciate her, and be surprised that you finally found a services manager you really trust. Thanks, Sabina!!

They damaged our cargo van We sent our company cargo van Nissan NV To Nissan of San Juan Capistrano 33633 CaminoCapistrano, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 On August 12th 2017 around 9:30am To fix a suspension manufacture defect , Brian from Service department called me around 4:30 to inform me that the service is done but there is an accident happened to my Van I went back to pick up my company Van and Brian and his manager Hernandez showed me a strong damage to the side of my van , and they explained that the service mechanic was testing my van and he hit my van to the wall and damaged the driver back side of the van , Brian and his manager offered me to fix the damage but they have to take the company van for about 9 business days to be fixed > They offered me an open truck or small van during the period of fixing my van but we are a heating and air conditioning company,so the rental van has to be same size as our van I took our van to a three different collision centers for an estimate price to fix my van is $5000 and it will take 15 business day to fix plus the company logo will cost $1400 plus the resale depreciation value of the van plus renting a cargo van for three weeks $1500 I talked to Hernandez the service manager about His options to us , he said his collision center will take 9 business days to fix the van and they will charge him $300 to fix everything on the van , and Hernandz is willing to pay me $300. It is ridiculous that big of a difference between his cost to fix and the other body shop cost. > How can I trust Imperio Nissan to fix my van for $300 My van is 2014 cargo van has 32000 miles since day one the van has a lot of manufacture Defects, starts with the back up camera was defected also > the van battery was defected and the front suspension was defected, also the USB is defected and they cant fix it until now Im taking them to the court ,
