Based on other reviews maybe we were the exception and not the rule, but the salesman we talked to was not very friendly. I wish I would have called first, but after making the 100 mile trip to look at a van we were interested in, I was disappointed with the lack of salesmanship. Either way, we wanted to purchase a van we saw online and had cash in hand. The van was priced $1100 over KBB fair market price and $600 more than the highest price on KBB. We offered $500 less than asking price, cash, to be told prices "were pretty set and I dont really go by KBB." The salesman wouldnt negotiate a couple hundred dollars for a cash purchase? Thats pretty ridiculous considering its car sales 101 to mark up the price to allow room for a negotiation pad, so we went elsewhere and ended up purchasing the exact same model/year van with 70k less miles for $800 less than Bests asking price later that day. Next time I know to call a dealership first!

Shawn and his guys are the best! I was watching this small family dealer for about 4 years - finally had a chance to purchase a 2000 chevy van w 66,000 original miles for my touring career. Shawn fixed every little thing that came up AFTER the purchase. Just great to work with! The one issue I had came in 113 degree heat on the run up to Vegas - Check engine light came on - uh-oh, I thought. I read the manual, emissions/gas octane issue - I put in higher octane gas as the manual suggested: light off for the rest of the 10k trip! Thats right: I just completed a 10,000 mile circuit of the US & Canada, drove from L.A. to Las Vegas, Utah, Colorado, Iowa, Mpls, Chicago, Toronto, Buffalo, New York, the Carolinas, Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and home! Zero problems!!! Truck ran like a champ! I love it - Shawn is the best! Couldnt be better - Thanks Guys!!!!! The Best!!!t

Dealing with Shawn was a pleasant experience. We were doing a road trip in US and had to find a van pretty quickly. We did two test drives on the van and took it to a mechanic who gave the van good grades and said it was in good condition. Some other dealers were reluctant to allow their cars to be taken to mechanic (and for a reason). Our plan was to convert the passenger van into a camper. The staff at Best Auto Sales removed the seats for us with no extra cost which was a huge help to us so we could start our road trip immediately. We called Shawn a couple of times after the sale for a few additional questions and he was always helpful. After the 4 month road trip we ended up selling the car with a fair price and got what we asked for it.

I have been to other car dealers but couldnt find "that" van I have been looking. Most of them only have pricey ones and only has a very few selections of vans. But before going to our final destination, we found this one and was surprised to see a lot of vans. Most of them are in really good conditions that it took me a long while to decide on one. The staff there were very knowledgeable and professional. Had no problems with the price and the transaction. Everything was smoothly done. I strongly recommend this one.

After looking through a few spots, I finally found the right van at a very reasonable price, and I found from here in Best Auto Sales. Their offer is the best one there is so far so I quickly get to it. Transaction was easy and I got the van delivered to me the next day. I was pleased with it because it was in a very good condition.
