I came in today for a $.60 screw purchase. I need help finding the correct screw + take the nut of the replacement screw. This is all just for some computer mount for my mountain bike. Hector waited on me and treated me like I was purchasing a $400.00 Yeti ice chest. I just want to say thank you for the excellent customer service and recognize Hector.

Very nice phone help. I saw an item on the internet that they looked for and dicovered they didnt have it in stock. Although, it was in thier where house. We can order this item and have it, in a couple days.
