35+ years remodeling residential homes, I live a block away & use the store3-4 times a week right before or after work. Great staff. Prices are a bit or two bits higher than the Box stores (L & HD), but I value my time & am in and out in a New York minute, more than making up for an extra buck here & there. Rarely do not find what I need Only four stars because I know the owner, if I gave up a five he would have to buy a bigger hat. The place is the gnats banana.

i am an immigrant and black. staff in store not helpful and tell they make fun of me asking dumb question. i love america! not this store. i will drive a bit further to another Update.. this store is still a hole in the wall but if you need a hammer what can you do. This is a small town. My question is why employees have such a bad additude??

This is the best store ever! It is like an old fashioned general store except no groceries. Whatever it is I think I need I go there and they have it. . . it feels like magic. Everyone there is friendly and helpful which is saying a lot in the Seattle area where folks tend to be standoffish.

Wow... people have actually had a bad experience at North Bend Ace Hardware? I have been shopping there for years and have had nothing but exceptional service... ALWAYS!! From my experience thier customer service is second to none. Very friendly and helpful in every way.

Kurtis at Ace was a total lifesaver by putting together the outdoor love seat that three young boys picked out for their mom. Without his help that swing would have spent days/weeks/months in the box. He even loaded it up for us. Super appreciated his help

I do not know why some have had a bad experience. I have never had anything but fantastic customer service at this store! They are very helpful and curtious. I could get a lot of what I buy there somewhere else, but I prefer to go to North Bend.

I have always found the staff at Ace to be consistently cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Im also constantly surprised by how close their prices are to Lowes and Home Depot, given the sales volume and buying power of those larger stores.

man in store followed us as if we were shoplifting... I drive a 54,000 dollar car ... back off . felt uncomfortable / stalked / unwanted
