I love OSH! The sales people are always friendly! I love the sales! While the plants are a tad higher priced then the big box stores... The selection is Great.. Many natives and drought tolerant plants that are really healthy! Ive never bought a plant infected with Ickys at OSH! I also want to comment on the Key machine.. A few years ago OSH bought a Lazer key machine.. I believe it traces the original and then cuts the key. Ive never had to return a key since! So ..On to my initial reason for rating My Woodland Store this year. The seasonal decorations! Big Smile! A few days ago I wandered in to check out the flower bulbs and wow! Halloween decorations Galore! Since my little darling is off in college, I havent decorated for Halloween. Not so, this year. The Halloween decorations were so unique and fun! Metal sculptures of skeleton men and women. Burnout metal pumpkins with rusted orange and gold..Jack O lanterns. and 4 high standing metal Haunted House backdrop.. My enthusiasm for holiday decorating is renewed.

Drove.from Elk Grove too the Woodland Store to pickup some camper chairs that the Elk Grove Store couldnt find in there stock room, immediately I notice the employees postitive and professionalism, the young lady at customer service promptly pull the chairs.from the holding area. During checkout the.cashier notice my military ID and quickly told me we give Miltary Discounts "but.you have to ask, I didnt bother since the Elk Grove OSH person told we dont. For future purchases at OSH I think I wiil make the short drive too woodlands OSH where professionalism, store organization and customer value is second to non, and the Elk Grove store needs too improve. While they might not carry as many items as a store like Home Depot, their service is excellent. The employees cannot it tell you where things are, but also help you pick out what would be best for the job based on your needs. They also have more eclectic things like high end wind chimes and garden sculptures that most other places wont carry.

Always enjoy going to orchard supply. The place is very clean and the selection often specializes in items not served well by the big box hardware stores. The drip sprinkler section here is my usual stop. We also like to browse holiday decorations. Just got these great skulls for $2 each.

Fresa at returns was a pain in the ass. She made me not want to go back to OSH after acting like the products belonged to her. The store needs to train its employees better! Going to home depot next time

Although sometimes I find the layout a bit confusing, I have never had difficulty finding assistance, or even advice on how to complete whatever project Im working on. I love my local Orchard!!

This OSH carries the things I want, like this Weatherwash wood stain that instantly ages wood to turn it driftwood grey. OSH employees have typically been very helpful.
