This was the first time my family and I visited the store, and it was a very positive experience for us. The store had huge selections for womens and mens shoes of various styles and we found some really good deals from the clearance racks. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. The reason why I didnt give them 5 stars was that the selection for kids shoes are quite limited and we couldnt find anything suitable for our 20 months old daughter there. When we left the store, we forgot to take the diaper bag we brought in for our daughter. A few hours later, we called the store about it and the staff was very helpful and told us they had the bag. We went back to the store and picked up the bag. So overall experience was very positive! We will visit again in the future.

I received a 20% discount on fourth of July; for military and vets. They didnt have the shoes I wanted, so I went online. 10 days later the shoes come in and they wont accept my coupon; in store only, ha! So, per norm, I go to pick up my shoes and the line is long plus the lights above make it uncomfortable to stand in. They may have a large selection of shoes and good prices, but so does Walmart; and I hate going to Walmart. Im guessing this place is lacking the capacity to serve customer needs, demands, and design. Ive been a customer for a year or more.... But Ive had my fill of that place. DSW = Walmart

Its a shoe store almost the size of a super Walmart, yet they manage to not have a single mens boot with ankle support. If that wasnt unbelievable enough, they dont seem to carry anything at all in widths above a medium. How am I even supposed to test fit something to buy online if they have nothing at all even remotely resembling my size? Better selection at Walmart, and thats just depressing...

The customer service at this store is terrible. I got a pair of shoes that I used for literally 2 hours before going back to return them (got blisters for how uncomfortable they were). When I went back to exchange them for a pair of equal price, they told me they wouldnt get back shoes that have been brought outside. Thats horrible care for their customers.

Huge selection of shoes. But surprisingly, it is always hard for my to find pair of shoes that fits well. My size if something between 12 and 13, and feet are quite wide. It is a bit hard to find appropriate shoes here. The quality of shoes is also quite different. One of the shoes that I bought here tore after 1.5 month of using. Very disappointing.

There are a ton of selection here...if youre a woman. Only about 10% of the floor space is dedicated to mens shoes, which doesnt really surprise me. If Im looking for very specific shoes or styles, I probably wont find them here. But if Im not being too picky I may find something I like. The prices are typically lower than elsewhere.

Horrible experience waiting in line at check out for 40 min. Ana, Im guessing the store manager, did little to help with the wait, getting an extra cashier only when a group of customers requested . Is not worth the time to come at this store. Always busy with short staff.

Parking is very limited and designed for small cars. Typically what ever size you see is all there is or they are not too keen to check. Staff typically stays on top of keeping the isles sorted. You need to sit on the floor to try the shoes on, hardly any place to sit.

Nice choice of shoe selection and the clearance shoes are really cheap! I think the organization of the store is kind of lacking. The shoes are grouped by type of shoe but not by the brand. This makes finding a specific shoe that I found online hard.

Mens section could have more variety. I remember they had better selection in the past, last time I was there certainly did not find what I wanted. which is weird, I used to leave this store with new shoes all the time but not last time I was there.

Needed to return some shoes I had purchased online- it only took about 3 minutes of my day to do so. Clerk was courteous and respectful! Store always has a huge inventory in stock. Prices are okay, too.

I use to be able to get good deals here, but today everything seemed ridiculously overpriced. $160 for a pair of sneakers that didnt even seem like good quality. Everything was neat & clean.

Shoes, shoes, and more shoes!!! (And some accessories too). Clean and organized and easy to find your sizes. Staff is helpful and nice. On busy day, line can be long so be patient.

The signs all over the store in frobt of the racks say "if you dobt see your size, just ask we have a ton more sizes" but when you ask they tell you to go online.....

Good selection and organized store. Its really busy on the weekends making it hard to find the right shoe, but the staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Womens selections and discounts are generally better than the mens selections. If you sign up, they generally send you discount coupons that you can use.

Staff is very nice. They spent a couple of hours volunteering at our soup kitchen. Management also honored an expired coupon for two more weeks.
